There's so many pizza parlours within a city block, you would hope that one would stand out. This one was recommended, but not all people have the same tastes. Perhaps if I was a carnivore it might appeal. I found the dough very dense and not light. For a vegetarian pizza, it was so so. Not many available toppings for my liking.

After a long drive from St.Johns and we were staying at the hotel next door we headed to Jungle Jim's as the closest option. The mood from the wait staff was an indicator of what we where going to get. They just didn't want to be there. The food was the worst low quality North American food available with a side of unwanted attitude from the wait staff. The bill took forever to organise. They didn't deserve a tip! ... Zero! Please avoid this place!

We are a comfortable restaurant who strive to provide hearty home style meals with great service at reasonable prices. We serve all day breakfast. Our coffee is made from high quality beans which are fresh ground just before we brew each pot.
Stopped in for lunch on the way through Gander. Busy spot but got seated promptly and service was fast and friendly. I had the pea soup with a dumpling. It was not very hot and the dumpling was a bit gummy but flavour was good and amount was generous. Others declared their meals to be good diner type meals.

They also offer international food cuisine on the first Friday and Saturday of each month.
Stayed in the Hotel from Sept 14-18 2018. The Buffet breakfast was amazing and one morning they had 3 bus tours. Staff was very friendly and asked what Wanted to drink. I ordered Orange Juice and Coffee. The buffet all 3 days was amazing. Yogurt,Granola, pastries, toast, blueberry pancakes, waffles, home fries, mushrooms & cherry tomato's scrambled eggs & bacon & sausages. free refills of coffee. The staff were consistently good all 3 days. 5 stars to the cooks and dining room staff from me. Thank You.Thank you so much, Nicholas, for such an awesome recommendation. Our buffet breakfast is a favourite of guests and the locals and so glad to hear that you enjoyed it. Hopefully, on your next visit to Gander, we will see you again!

Excellent place to eat, place is very clean and meal was done pretty fast and came out steaming hot and delicious. We both had the Fish and Chips, I would recommend having the gravy on the side as they serve with lots of gravy and I am not fussy about fish soaking in it. The server was very pleasant at the atmosphere was welcoming.

Enjoy homestyle meals in our warm and welcoming Big Stop dining rooms. From salads, soups and sandwiches to platters, poutines and fresh baked pies, at the Big Stop weâve got it all.
I have never had a bad meal at an Irving restaurant. The quality of their food is like you'd cook at home, the temperature is always just right, and the portions are generous. I especially love their club sandwich. You really can't go wrong at the Irving Restaurants.

The fish was quite good and so was the wine and salad. We had good eggs and toast for breakfast at a very reasonable price. I would recommend this restaurant. The service was good also. Thank you so much for your recommendation. We really appreciate it! So glad to hear that you enjoyed your meals and we look forward to seeing you again.

My wife and I visited Rosie's Restaurant and Bakery on Thursday, 5 Sept, 2019 for our noon meal. The restaurant was about 3/4 full at the time. We were seated almost immediately. There was enough staff so that we had placed our order in less than ten minutes. The staff was courteous, friendly and efficient. We had our meal in less than 15 minutes and it was delicious. It was a very pleasant experience. We also purchased some baked goods on the way out.

We are a restaurant that offers high quality, freshly prepared meals. We also have a small gift shop onsite that features a great selection of teas and locally handcrafted items. We're located in Gander, Newfoundland.
Curiously located on a back street within a nondescript mini-mall, this place is a hidden gem. Sophisticated feel with a short, focused menu. Good service. High-chairs. Cocktails arenât cheap but they are good. Chowder is better than the chilli. Best fish cakes Iâve had on the rock.
