Sideways Bar and Grill provides succulent dishes featuring Greek Food and Bar Food. Selections will include Saganaki Opa! (Flaming Cheese with Greek Garlic Bread), Gyros on a Pita, Chicken or Pork Souvlaki, Philly Steak, Plus tasty Bar Style Jumbo Chicken
Waited for a table at the bar for 45 mins, witnessed many people entering and not being acknowledged. Placed our order and waited 30 mins not even asked if we wanted another drink, when our small portion of food arrived we were missing salad and bread that was suppose to come with meal.Had to waite again for bill, as did many others We apologize for your experience. I remember the day that you are talking about. We had just opened the restaurant a few weeks ago and we were extremely busy that day. Our staff was overwhelmed as we were still going through the process of working out all the kinks that pop up when a new venture is started. We would love to have you come back and give us another try. Regardless, thank you for your patronage that day.

Good fish and chips, but nothing spectacular. Fish was good. French fries were just average. For the price, the portion was not great. Server was friendly but rushed since she was alone.Note to management - don't serve plastic straws with the water. Not necessary and the world is trying to get away from plastic!

The food wasn't bad and the staff all seemed friendly, but the restaurant could use some attention to cleanliness. There were a number of things that were shockingly dirty and for that I will not be returning.

Your average small town restaurant. Kind of dark and unwelcoming. Old outdated decor complete with wooden chairs and tables. Staff was friendly and efficient but seemed to struggle with the computer ordering system. I had spaghetti and garlic toast (1/2 portion) that included large noodles and thick, dark red sauce. It was served nice and warm but needed a lot of salt and parmesan cheese to enhance the taste. It seemed other regular patrons ordered breakfast items at supper and were pleased. Not sure if I will eat there again. Other items on the menu were a bit pricey for the environment in which they were served. Brighter lighting, more openess and more modern updates would improve your business and clientele.

Went here on a whim ....sun was shinning...home a little earlier from my day...took a date out for a nibble and a beer....pondered on what was available locally rather than the usual Belleville or Peterborough drive....had noticed a few days earlier of this restaurant down town and decided to give it a try....WOW....very impressive...sat immediately close to front garage door that lifts and was lifted sharing a view of the main street and all its happenings...cozy...clean...washrooms fresh...and top notch server !....beers were cold and served in perfect order...I had the chicken fettuccini with garlic bread smothered in cheese that seemed to be all homemade....and the women I shared a meal with had the brisket on homemade bread smothered in cheese with home cut fries....Caesar salad was definitely made fresh there and delightful .....I will visit this establishment again and highly recommend you try it !

Located in downtown Campbellford. Great and large outdoor patio. The night we went they had live âjazzyâ music on the patio. Very talented duet! Great crowd of patrons. Large menu with daily specials and mid range prices. Our food was well prepared and tasty. The red snapper came with roasted vegetables, delicious. The wings were crispy and juicy and comes with a tasty coleslaw. The banana cheesecake was delicious and very different. The carrot cake was also very good. We were very happy with this restaurant and the whole experience !!!

Wonderfully and cozy restaurant. The food was incredible and plentiful, you can clearly see that it is freshly made and prepared with skill and care from scratch (I had the fettuccine Alfredo pasta). The bread was so so warm and soft with butter thatâll just melt in your mouth. I wouldâve given this place a perfect 5 star if their server wasnât so absent minded that she forgot to provide us with napkins and forks, without which we obviously couldnât begin eating. Also, it took them a long time to bring out the bread basket too or to provide us with water either.
