It's a network of restaurants with crazy prices! We visited the one at Sheremetyevo Airport, and it was just insane as far as prices. One small scoop of ice ream cost $3, and a small glass of smoothly (not the best quality) was $8!! I don't think its for everyone...

My wife and I have been going to this branch of Andersons on a relatively regular basis since its opening here in Zelenograd. Although we had some initial teething problems with things like quality of food and service on some occasions which concluded in my writing to the head office, the management was extremely helpful, courteous and willing to make the changes so that now my wife and I are usually very, very happy when we go. This is especially the case when we go for breakfast.The reasons for only the '4 stars' however are, firstly, we think the menu could have some new dishes more regularly rather than just bringing back some which had been previously removed. Another point is that at their busier times, it would be appreciated if customers could be informed if their meals would take a long time to arrive when ordering. Overall, apart from those few glitches, my wife and I are very pleased with what they have to offer. The atmosphere is great, the food is delicious and their service is now excellent (which is very, very important for me). We also enjoy their loyalty reward system. What I am most happy about is that their management is willing to listen, take time to reply and make changes (even when I wrote in English! Thank you Katya). If they continue in this manner, we will continue to be loyal and happy customers.Good afternoon!Thank you for attention to our cafe!
