Small but nice little cafe with happy and friendly wait staff. The cakes are great and really nice coffee. Thank you
Profits support Asociación Educativa Cultural El Arte Sano, which is nice. Enjoyed some great espresso (5 soles), the menu del dia (8 soles for a really great soup, chicken with rice in peanut sauce, and a small piece of flan), and the chicken sandwich with Andean cheese and fries (12 soles). Also had a slice of moka cake (5 soles) because it looked awesome, and it was very tasty. Very inexpensive and solidly good. Looked like they also had alcohol.

American style breakfast places are hard to find in Urubamba. We stumbled upon this place within a block of the main square. The place itself smelled a little musty but appeared clean. The orange juice was good, the coffee was hot and strong. They have a huge breakfast menu at great prices. I loved my eggs, potatoes, and bread- but didn't like the beans. Just a personal taste I think since everything else was good. Husband enjoyed his breakfast. Nothing will knock your socks off, but if you're looking for an easy, "typical"'breakfast outside of your hotel, this will fit the bill.

After a long day traveling, we wandered the very quiet streets of Urubamba on a quiet Monday night. Eventually, we decided on Cafe Plaza to eat. What a find! Wood fired pizza oven, serving beautiful pizzas at very reasonable prices. Mostly 10 to 20 soles. A quiet evening for this cute family run restaurant, we were starving and eveything was just perfect. Some of the best pizza I've ever had. And some great local food, the anticuchos were great. Also sells some great handmade pottery. Recommended for a feast after a long hike.
A nice place in the hearth of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Good organic coffee, homemade healthy food and desserts made with local supplies. Great music, wi-fi and lots of books.
In Yucay are only a few restaurants, so we visited On The Road Café close to the mainroad. Good and fresh food, great portions. Atmosphere was relaxed. We felt welcome. Friendly chef de cuisine, who also serves the meals..We had the pumpkin soup which was great and a foccacia with chicken en fresh salad.

We were staying at the Sonesta Posadas del Inca Yucay and the Inkafe was the primary hotelâs restaurant. So during one of the nights, we tried out the restaurant. It was also the first location where we tried Alpaca. Their Alpaca was a bit tougher than when we tried other restaurants later on during our trip. The rabbit stew was delicioius! Service was a bit slow that night â maybe because they also had a wedding tent next door and most of their staff was taken care of the wedding in the tent instead.

Staff willing to veganise any dish. They also have vegan ice cream which is sugar free, and pancakes made from sweet potato flour and flax seed egg... Slow service considering I was the only person there but perhaps it was an off day.. definitely recommend.Dear, thank you very much for your understanding of the service, thank you for helping us to improve even with our day to day inconveniences that there are sometimes, really let us thank you once again because it helps us a lot to give more in times of difficulty, and we are very happy to know that Almost everything was to your liking, continue enjoying your trip.
For dinner we went to this place. It is inside a complex of hotel. Place offers wood fired pizza. Medium pizza is typically sufficient for two people (assuring you do not have hungry teenagers). Pizza is of thin soft crust. Vegetables topping were fresh. They do not have red crushed peppers (for those who care) however red chilli sauce is available Service is fast. There were no dessert on the menu.
