great event space and vice fullfillment: coffee, food, wine, shopping handcrafted gifts (for self and others). attended 50th birthday party there recently and really enjoyed the space. catering could've refilled cracker supply for cheese and salami surplus. otherwise, it's worth a couple hours of enjoyment!

Small local place with wonderful fresh sandwiches and salads. Small and quaint in a a historic building downtown Wake Forest. Great lunch, with lots of options. I want to go back for breakfast as the menu looked great! So glad they added seating that is shared with the hamburger place next door. Will def be back!

Stewartâs Bistro is a hidden gem in Wake Forest, Iâm the Heritage area. Itâs in a shopping center on the end at the corner so many people donât realize itâs there. Stewartâs serves some of the best breakfast and lunch in the area. Thereâs indoor and outdoor seating, it gets pretty crowded during peak times, but Iâve learned the best time to eat is really early or after 1pm. They close at 3 so keep that in mind. The staff is warm and friendly, theyâre great at making suggestions and helping you choose the best bang for your buck (everything). Someone is guaranteed to come out and check on you and make sure youâre enjoying your meal. The atmosphere is bright and cheery, they have chalkboard signs and blocked sayings all around. Most tables seat up to 4 comfortably, they also have seating at the counter and a few high top tables. I love their fluffy, big pancakes and the crispy bacon. Everything is prepared fresh upon ordering. You really canât go wrong here.

The restaurant has an open eating area, Seems to be a good spot for the local area. We tried the salmon tray , which was almost bite-sized for around $13...$8.50 would have been a practical price even if located in Wake Forest which is a short 7min drive Capital Blvd. south, hush puppies were somewhat overcooked and very hard, okras were OK. Meals are cooked to order. Maybe our next visit would be for pork chops or soup. Take your chance and write your review...enjoy!

Heard about Sugar On Top from OLLIE"S when we ate Beignets there during Wake Forest DIRT DAYS. Later went to the DMV office & stopped by next door to try them fresh. The Beignets are FANTASTIC and melt in your mouth. We perchased the whole lot that were still in the display case.
