I cannot say enough good things about this place! Plenty of seating, and friendly staff. Wide selection of teas with knowledgeable staff. They have the most amazing scones and occasionally have a 'cream tea special' which includes a scone, clotted cream (unbelievable!!!), and a pot of tea. The tea lattes are also delicious with the Pangea celebration being my favorite. Since I've discovered this place I go once or twice a week and it's over 30 mins each way for me.

Setting: Old house with lots of nooks and crannies, painted very light and bright. Different rooms to eat/drink/study in. Can reserve individual rooms if you need to have a meeting or study in the quiet. A beautiful, open space upstairs would be great for small gatherings such as showers. Tasteful and beautiful retail items displayed (candles, jewelry, soaps and lotions, purses, etc.), especially in the front room, provide income to people being restored from human trafficking, homelessness, and so on. Food: All fair trade, organic, and/or produced locally. I don't drink coffee, but it sure smells good, and they have some creative and interesting drinks. A good selection of teas for tea drinkers like me, as well as smoothies. Besides various health bars, they sell pastries and some amazing empanadas made locally--the nonprofit part of the business.Service: Unobtrusive, but helpful and friendly. The difference: Anything you buy here is going to help someone! It's a great feeling!

Whole foods is a very nice place with a huge selection to choose from. You can get anything from antipasto to dinner to dessert. The mac and cheese is my personal favorite - it is made with real ingredients and has a great taste. Service: Usually helpful, slightly cold.

Took my daughter and her friend Sunday afternoon. The place was very busy and had a wait to get a table. They said it would be about 25 minutes but they texted 10 minutes later to say our table was ready. They have an extensive breakfast menu. I had the basic bacon, eggs, potatoes with pancakes, my daughter and her friend each split crepes stuffed with avocado and eggs, and the oreo pancakes which were a work of art and looked really sweet. Service was good. Seating was tight, but it was busy. We were seated around 1pm and the place had emptied out substantially by the time we left. I believe they close at 2:30. The sign says organic. I don't know if that means everything they serve is organic, or just some things. We didn't go there for that reason. They are had vegetarian options. Prices were average, portions were large. I would eat here again.
