This is a smokey, impersonal place where the staff do you a favour by serving you a drink as it distracts them from their phones. Limited local beer options available but a good range of more costly drinks.Overall the prices here are more expensive than a lot of nearby Bars.There is something unfriendly and uncomfortable about this place.

Quán Sá»i translates as Pebbles Restaurant. Quán Sá»i is also a coffee shop. This restaurant has been established in Vung Tau, Vietnam for about ten years.Up until about three years ago it used to cater to government office workers who were working in the area. However, when government offices were moved to Baria, Quán Sá»iâs customers were thinned out. For a few years Quán Sá»iâs regular were the teachers from Ha Long primary school across the road. I think of this restaurant as a breakfast restaurant, but it is open all day.My wife and I like to visit Quán Sá»i on the weekends for a late breakfast. However, the last two weekends we have not been able to find a table. It has been packed to the roof.All of a sudden the Pebble Restaurant and Coffee Shop is back in business! And so it should be. The cuisine is mainly Vietnamese with a little western food added to the menu. The menu is in Vietnamese and English. The coffee is their own special mix. The kitchen is centrally located so you can see the chefs preparing your meal. The food is good, the décor is outside but well shaded and the service is good. The price is excellent. Who could ask for more?My wife and I are just back from a mid-week breakfast this morning. I can thoroughly recommend the noodle soups, and the omelet with French bread roll.Quán Sá»i can be found in the âburbs behind Front Beach. 9 Nguyen Du Street is an easy 338 metre walk along a lovely, shaded boulevard from Ha Long Street, Front Beach park. Your GPS will read Quán Sá»i as 10 degrees 20 minutes north, and 107 degrees 4 minutes east. Quán Sá»i is easy to spot because it is straight opposite the newly refurbished and enlarged Ha Long primary school.

Nice location with a good view. We ordered ice coffee. Very good blend. We sat in the area next to the parking lot so we wouldn't have to walk down the stairs. The parking attendant took pity on us and took our order because there was no server! They were friendly just completely unattendant. The parking guy was cool though.

Very quiet location. Lovely restaurant and separate bar area. Food is exceptional whether it be western style or Vietnamese. Staff are the best especially the owner who is also the chef. Ice cold beer available all the time which is hard to come by in many places in Vietnam. Great range of spirits also at a very reasonable cost. Try it, you certainly won't be disappointed.

the photos on the menu are not all what the food looks like - the chips and salsa were the worst i ever had - my burrito had a total of about 5 beans, and about a 1/2 teaspoon of cheese. all food portions were small and not very spicy.-- they should hire a chef who has a clue about making Mexican food and the place would be great.

Back again after a year of working in Hmc. New owners, food and service even better than before! It's a nice cosy clean place, great for couples or families. Excellent experience every time. It's clean, comfortable and has a relaxing atmosphere, wifi is strong and even the toilet is spotless. We thoroughly recommend this place. Cheers.

Inspite of what I believed occurred there recently, I think there are at least 2 sides to every story.Recently went post Colin's bolt, this place is now disgusting.It's definitely gone to the dogs literally, nothing is clean at all, most disgusting wc in VT I'd say.The food is over priced for what you pay for, and as Rose has a new Bf its never open???Plenty of much better places nearby, don't waste your time or effort. Goodluck all concerned.
