Came to Betty's for breakfast as we were heading out of Vernal after visiting for a couple of days. The portion sizes are incredibly generous. The pancakes(size of plate) were probably some of the best our family of three has ever had!The staff is warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!
We were the only customers and the service was fast and friendly. Large and satisfying meal. Wish the Egyptian specials would have been available on the night we were there - was told that only have them on Mondays.
Family dining with premium beef served fresh daily.
We stopped here about 8:30 PM after visiting Fantasy Canyon south of Vernal. The building exterior and interior are pretty no frills. The service was excellent with a very friendly waitress. We chose the two for $35 special choosing the steak option. It was grilled to perfection. Definitely worth the money and deserving of a return visit.
