Usually a great stop. I enjoy their shaved ice and lemonade. Sometimes there is not enough syrup to cover the ice but mostly good

We had pizza and calzone. With each, we could select custom ingredients, a nice selection of salads, and an included fountain drink. This $10 meal was worth at least 50% more in competitive value at other nearby restaurants.Thank you Alan!We are glad you enjoyed the pizza and calzone.Thank you for all the appreciation. My wife and I met our daughter and her fiance for lunch to celebrate their engagement. Across the street was the busy Saturday farmer;s market, but inside the mustard-colored mustard doors time stood still. Efficient yet unhurried staff, we were able to take time on our choices. For me, It was the pulled pork panini - BBQ on a different kind of bread.
Manna is heavenly! The breads are fresh, moist & perfectly flavored. The homemade croissants are perfection! The scones rival those in England. And the cookies are the perfect treat! Four of us were spending the day in Tomball on Thursday, January 10,2019, when we spotted Craving Kernels walking to the Fire Ant Brewery. We stopped in on our way back to the car and were greeted by friendly staff. Being able to sample several of the popcorn varieties influenced our decision to purchase several bags. We could request any type to sample. One flavor we chose to purchase was Bacon Cheddar, regular bag for $9.95. Our choice did not disappoint in taste. Prices are by the bag size and type of popcorn. We thought the prices might be a little more than average. There is also a counter with various candy jars to select from to purchase.Thank you so much! We are so glad you loved our hadnd crafted Bacon Cheddar popcorn. We can't wait for you to try some more free samples and find some more delicious favorites!

First the Good. Friendly staff in family oriented atmosphere of typical small town eatery. Large Fluffy homemade Biscuits. I found the skillet potatoes tasty although wife found them too spicy. Pork Chops were nice and moist but lacked any flavor. Wife's chicken fried steak was as thin as a piece of cardboard and overcooked.

A small restaurant on FM2920/Main Street in Tomball. Not fancy decor. Just plain delicious food. Luncheon plate specials. Breakfast is always a hit. We had walnut lunch salad and a BLT sandwich with great potato salad. Friendly staff and very quick service. Have dessert if you have room left. The blackberry cobbler with ice cream was unbelievable.

This is a great place for lunch. I had to wait awhile as my friend had gone to the wrong restaurant and the staff was very kind and let me order a drink while I waited. It got crowded but they never asked me to leave. I did finally order and my friend showed up. Great sandwiches, and especially dessertâ-I had the bread pudding, my favorite, and it was beyond what I had hoped. Thanks, Whistle Stop!!

We have been eating at this restaurant for years. They have the yummiest chicken fried chicken and chicken fried steak. If you are there on Friday you have to try the eggplant parmigiana as a side order. The atmosphere is that of a small town country cafe. It is not beautiful or fancy, but you will not regret eating there.
