We stopped here for the impossiburger. The vegan "burgers" with "cheeze" were outstanding. We also had onion rings and soy shakes - both excellent. Would recommend highly and would return.

Casual and welcoming coffee shop, with sofas and tables. The curry chicken salad sandwich on sourdough was very good, they have other selections plus hot and cold coffee drinks. Bring your device, log onto the wifi, and enjoy the relaxing vibe like a student.

Our family introduced J&J to us and we had great sandwiches, tried turkey with bourbon BBQ sauce sandwich, grilled in a panini. We also tried the vegetarian delight, which is also nice! The place is causal and cosy, and a great variety of coffee, where we had a soy latte

Inquiring Minds Bookstore & Cafe

I love Inquiring Minds Bookstore! I go there every time I am in Saugerties. Last time, I hung out for over 3 hours, which for me, is an absolute delight and treat! They always play EXCELLENT music -- including jazz. They have a collection of CDs (very cheap and very high quality jazz) for purchase and also vinyl, new and sometimes old. Their music selection has advanced my musical learning and enjoyment. The coffee, tea, drinks and snacks are delicious and highly varied. The book selection is broad and deep. You can get some philosophy, sociology, women's studies, biography, music, psychology, fiction, poetry, plays, best sellers, local history, art books and more. Really wonderful selection of children's books. Engaging, hands on play area, too. Lots of comfy places to sit, plus tables for writers and even tables for chess players -- so great, so great. I understand they have events sometimes, too, but I haven't caught one yet. If you like thinking, hanging out, reading, writing, talking, relaxing, jazz and comfy seating, you will love it here. Excellent hours of operation -- early to late.

Sweet little homey place in a sweet little town. Definitely in the running for the best corned beef hash I've ever had, and that's going some distance. Friendly and attentive service staff, and all the dishes seemed super fresh. Wish we had a place like this near where I live!

I was conflicted about how to rate this restaurant. I had excellent grilled pepper sausages (spicy) with maple corn pudding. It also comes with onions and a sunny side egg on top. My daughter had a great burger with a fried egg on top, and my wife had the All Good Things salad. The ingredients were top notch and the chef is excellent. But, they have no systems for servicing customers. The servers aren't assigned specific tables, so two people tried to take our orders. Someone asked us if we'd like our check before our food arrived. Its as if they just opened with a new staff. The servers treated us well and tried hard, but they are just aren't trained and organized well. Also, the cappuccino comes a coffee cup as big a soup bowl.Setting is interesting - an old church. There is outdoor dinning.
