We visited on Saturday morning and although early it was already busy. Having recently moved to Chertsey we were keen to try Joeâs Cafe and were delighted to receive such a friendly greeting. We both had the full English breakfast with filtered coffee. It was great and just what we needed! Look forward to going back.

Food was average and not cheap but the service was grim and maybe as we were not truckers that we certainly werenât greeted with a smile Served our drinks in dirty mugs Next time will avoid and head elsewhere Hi there, I am so sorry to hear this and shocked that you had this experience at the cafe. We welcome everyone at the Riverside, have very high standards as far as cleanliness is concerned and i'm gutted to hear you feel we fell short on this. If you have a moment please email me at [email protected] so I can message you privately.

Stopped here as it was a sunny day and had car parking and looked nice from the outside. We wanted something for lunch. There was people sitting outside and when we went inside it was lovely and clean. There was lots to choose from on the menu. Would definitely go again.

Loved it. Looking to eat outside the hotel and we found this around the corner. Unassuming restaurant - don't be put off from the front room which is more cafe style, they have a smart little area around the back of the bar with full table service.Grilled Octopus, squid, salmon and beef were all excellent - generous portions, served with either salad and chips, potatoes and properly cooked (not mushy) veggies and some fried maize.Tastes were great, service friendly and family style. Proper good pour of house red which was soft, warm and worked with the food. I'll be back the next time we have a night out of Heathrow.

So you know what you are getting at Pret, the food wasnât an issue. We are in the queue on a busy Saturday in July and the staff member that was serving our queue just disappeared as it was the end of their shift. In fact two staff did this leaving the customers having to go to another assistant which is fine, but when thereâs a long queue of customers at each of their points of service isnât great. I had a very abusive man shout at me for queue jumping, bald, old and ugly you know the type...little did he know Iâd been stood there patiently for 10 mins waiting to be served. This isnât good enough Pret. Someone should have taken over from the staff whose shift had finished rather than leaving customers being left standing like idiots and being abused by other customers. Weâll go elsewhere next time.

The Darwin is Heathrowâs very own, modern British pub. Proudly using British ingredients, The Darwin serves up breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a range of beers, wine and our very own Barista coffee â itâs your favourite local pub, coffee house, bar
This is situated before security in Terminal 3 T Heathrow. Ideal for a meal with friends who you are seeing off. Service was friendly and efficient. We had an avocado sandwich and a fish finger sandwich. Both were excellent. Modern decor with a bar atmosphere. Recommended.

The George is a modern British pub, with a hankering for tasty tipples, distinctive food and Barista coffee. It is your favourite local pub, coffee house, bar and restaurant - all under one roof.
I know that there are many reviews commending Jane and her amiable personality and although I have never had the pleasure of meeting her I have to, once again, sing the praises of Karolina. Oh WOW, she is a real star of this great bar. So friendly, polite and just a great asset to this bar. There are very few employees who possess such a fantastic work ethic................she never stops ! I have no idea where she gets her energy from but I dearly wish we had employees half as good. Undervalued ? probably, but she is so likeable, she could work practically anywhere and do so well. Give her a raise !!!
