And the diving…oh, the diving. Think shipwrecks, think vibrant ocean life, think endless underwater possibilities.
Things to do in St. Croix
Traveling with a group of friends and accommodating the lone vegetarian (moi) isn't always easy. Although we were trying to spread our business around, we ended up eating here twice because it was just that good! Each day there were two vegan specials to chose from, and several specialty smoothies. We had almond "tuna fish", falafel burgers, vegetable curry and falafel salad, all of which were excellent. If you like peanuts, try the peanut smoothie! There was a single employee running the show both days we were there, and he did an admirable job of being cook, server, check-out, etc.

Upon my return to Christiansted, St. Croix U.S. Virgin Islands we visited the restaurant at the Mill Harbor Condominiums, new to us, Coral Sea Cafe and Restaurant. The interior is updated, the atmosphere pleasant and most important the wait staff is very welcoming. The Manager informed us of the recent changes and took time to speak with us about our experience. Our table had the Lemon Pepper Pork Chops and the Seafood Fiesta, we added the house special Smoked Sausage Rice. The doneness of the generous sized pork chop was perfect, I suggest rare to medium rare, and the flavors of this and the Seafood Fiesta are excellent. With a couple of drinks the tab came to $90.00
Sunny Shore Up is a breakfast food truck serving espresso, coffee, smoothies, fresh pastries, egg sandwiches and platters, and other breakfast foods. We are located across from the beautiful Cane Bay beach.
The Northshore has been lacking a breakfast spot for as long as I can remember. Nick and Diane have really filled a niche that was sorely needed with their food truck. Open from 7:30 until noon, we enjoyed many breakfasts there. My favorite was the cream cheese, smoked salmon, tomato, onions, and capers on an onion bagel. Really delicious and filling. I also loved my version of a sausage mcmuffin. My husband loved his blueberry bagels with cream cheese and the bacon, lettuce, and tomato bagels. The coffee is good and the view is great. A nice spot to relax, read the paper, have a great breakfast, and plan your day. You can see their menu on their facebook page.

Quiet courtyard setting, menu changes daily. Small batch cooking. All desserts made from scratch. vegan and gluten free options.
We were looking for what my wife calls, a 'cute coffee shop'. We stumbled upon Christine's and were blown away. Not an expansive menu because it doesn't need to be! Everything is super fresh and desserts are A-M-A-Z-IN-G! Don't miss this little hidden gem! In fact--make reservations. It's very small and the locals know how excellent it is, so it's tough to drop in here.

A waterfront neighborhood cafe in downtown Frederiksted serving breakfast and lunch 7 days a week...
Good place to eat after snorkeling at the pier all morning. Friendly staff, good prices, and good food. If you are away the pier you should check this place out.

We made a point of going to breakfast at Cafe Fresco, three yitrme during the week! The menu is always nice and food is well prepared and reasonably priced ass compared to the rest of the island places. Everything on the menu has proven delicious, so I recommend you try whatever you like-it's all good!
