Sirolo is lovely village overlooking the sea, in the central part of the square where the terrace is a splendid location to enjoy the views ( some days upto to Croata) there is Caffe Centrale that during our stay in Conero has quickly became our favourit spot for aperitivo .When the sun goes down how not to enjoy a good and variegated aperitivo while sitting there , With your drink , if you ask and pay for it, you will also receive a fantastic array of not obvious snacks that will calm down the hunger and will be then washed down with one of the various drinks or wine here offered by glass. Great and friendly service , lively atmosphere

I would like to inform anyone reading this never to eat at Caffe Vergano 1882 Numana in order to avoid the horrible experience that my brothers and I endured when we went there for lunch. The restaurant was near empty apart from a few others. When we entered we found are way to our table ourselves and waited for about 20 minutes. After nobody coming to ask us if we wanted a menu or to order we had to get the attention of the waiter ourselves. After ordering a few grilled sandwiches and a water we sat and waited. Our water came about 5 minutes later and we were served in plastic cups. We could clearly see that others had the luxury of glassware but clearly not us. I had no idea that it took nearly a whole hour to make three toasted sandwiches which were unceremoniously plonked down before us by the waiter. On inspecting my long awaited sandwich I observed that there was merely a spot of cheese unevenly distributed in the far corner of my overlooked, overcooked sandwich and the remainder of it was drowned in oil. All in all, the restaurant was lifeless, the staff careless and lazy, and the food utterly abysmal. I encourage all to steer clear of this establishment and enjoy some of the more delightful cuisine of the beautiful town of Numana.Rispondo per gli utenti che utilizzano TripAdvisor. I ragazzi inglesi che hanno scritto questa recensione avevano tra i 9 e i 14 anni. Abbiamo aspettato a prendere loro l'ordinazione poiché ci hanno detto che stavano aspettando altre persone. Abbiamo pensato si trattasse dei genitori o di adulti invece dopo poco si presenta un bimbo della loro età . Hanno chiesto di ordinare e hanno preso tre piadine con stracchino pomodori secchi e rucola. Ora,per quanto questi ragazzi possano conoscere la cucina italiana, probabilmente non conoscevano il piatto tanto da chiamarlo sandwich.. sono state servite 4 piadine cotte normalmente. Per le bibite abbiamo dato loro bicchieri e confezioni di carta proprio perché minorenni evitando maggiori responsabilità per il mio staff e per il locale. Quello che non comprendo è come un ragazzo minorenne possa recensire su TripAdvisor. Non credo che a questa età si abbiano i criteri e si possano avere le facoltà per giudicare soprattutto chi nel proprio lavoro ci mette impegno e professionalità . I respond to users who use TripAdvisor. The English guys who wrote this review were between 9 and 14 years old. We waited for them to order because they told us they were waiting for other people. We thought it was parents or adults, but after a little while there was a child of their age. They asked to order and they took three piadine with sticks of dried tomatoes and rocket. Now, as these guys know about Italian cuisine, they probably did not know the dish so much to call it sandwich .. 4 piadine were served normally. For the drinks we gave them glasses and paper packs just because minors avoided more responsibilities for my staff and for the venue. What I do not understand is how a minor child can review on TripAdvisor. I do not think that at this age have the criteria and can have the power to judge especially who in our work puts us commitment and professionalism
