The Blur Duck Bakery has excellent baked goods. We have enjoyed breakfast on the patio sipping our coffee in the wicker chairs.

This restaurant is truly a gem. They have a very good breakfast and lunch menu with many interesting, delicious items, such as grilled cheese with dates and turkey bacon. Be prepared to wait 10 minutes or more, as everything is prepared to order. The egg sandwiches, with or without bacon and/or cheese, put the deli versions to shame. Not cheap, but worth it.
Kateâs Cheese Co is a little cheese shop in Greenport. You can purchase delicious cheese to take away or enjoy on site with wine and entertainment. They have music some nights. We did both! We had some wine and cheese on the poetry night that was an open mike. There is also a menu that has sandwiches and fondues. There are table seating and couches.

This place is a gem. We live on a sailboat for a couple months so stopping here for Chicken Marsala or an Eggplant Parm in a pinch is easy and fun. The staff behind the counters are very attentive and helpful. I bought fresh cooked salmon here one night that was great too. The cashier is in the middle of the room which is weird, crowded and annoying but it's not my place!

The Country Corner Cafe was established in 1997. We serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, ice cream and continue to be so grateful for all of our loyal customers. Devoted to customer satisfaction by providing the highest quality and the best service possible. O
We came for brunch. The menu is very extensive and you can have breakfast or lunch entrees. Unfortunately for me I was trying to be healthy so I had the breakfast parfait. This was delicious. It was yogurt with granola and berries. There were many other things that looked really good. Husband had oatmeal and our aunt had eggs with hash browns. We tasted her hash browns and decided they were the best we had ever had. They have many delicious sounding coffees - frozen and hot. Sounded wonderful but I did not partake. Thank you, very glad you enjoyed your meal. Look forward to see you again, all the best.

A great little place with awesome food and amazing staff! They have some outdoor seating which is really nice when the weather is good. I have been here many times and have had the egg sandwich, scones and omelets, all were delicious! Everything is good there!!

The friendly old time diners are rapidly disappearing. When you step into the Shelter Island Heights Pharmacy, you step into another era. Among the items one expects at a pharmacy, there are things like a magazine rack, paperback books, a wide selection of greeting cards, little gifts such as candles, t-shirts etc...and a wonderful lunch counter. Breakfast here reminds me of when I was a kid, the pancakes, bacon and sausages...lunchtime there are classic milk shakes, egg creams, and any kind of sandwich under the sun. Some of my favorites are the grilled cheese with tomato, their BLT's, chicken or tuna salad sandwich. Greg, the owner, is incredibly affable as is everyone here. If you are new to the area, you can make friends quickly by sitting at the lunch counter and meeting people. I sometimes call Suzanne, the pharmacist, to ask a question and she is always helpful. This is one of the gems of Shelter Island.

Went to Greenport on a Tuesday in August and was surprised to find many restaurants closed. This added more pressure to the smart ones that remained open. Quite frankly, we ate here because they were able to seat us rather quickly instead of the hour wait (2 pm) at other restaurants. We remember the old Coronet and Crazy Beans has a location in Port Jeff which we ate in. The restaurant is small and noisy but in the end our food was delicious and the service was very good. We will come back but NEVER ON TUESDAY!
