We spent a lovely evening dining on the garden terrace. The food was tasty, ingredients fresh and meals well prepared. Service was welcoming, attentive, but never over bearing. The lamb cutlets with truffle potatoes were exemplary. We have a well behaved border collie dog and he was welcomed without question.Overall, a fabulous experience with fair prices.

They offer a small selection of cakes and some other desserts (tiramisu, pannacota). The coffee is currently only Lavazza in town, so there is that. The main costumers are regulars, the outside tables are nice when the weather is sunny, September can get quite breezy through Sežana. Their bread is good, biscuits are very good as well. I also like their Sachertorte, with the right amount of jam.

We stopped here primarily for the horses, and to be honest, didn't expect too much from the restaurant. Despite this, we had a very pleasant lunch with pretty good food - not a big variety or size of portions but tasty and fresh. Good service, too, so worths a visit if you're around.
