I was driving about Astoria-Seaside-Cannon Beach when I needed a coffee. I saw this place from the road and decided that drive-by (coffee) was better than getting out of the car and running into a cafe. The coffee was good. Service was fast and made to order at a good price. I was happy with my visit here, and you will be too I'm sure.
Picturesque shop in Elsie on the way to/from the coast from Portland, between miles 22 and 23.. Open early to late, 7AM - 8PM daily. All types of goods for sale, too - it is a general store, after all. I've seen people with sandwiches sit at the tables outside - some are in a covered area. Good coffee and other beverages for sale. But what I stop for is the bakery section. Oh, my. Absolutely the freshest and most delicious. One great example: apple fritters that actually have apple chunks therein and are not too greasy - just right. These items are so fresh, they've kept for a week on my counter (If out of sight) and are still great. Find satisfaction for your sweet tooth among cookies, cakes and many types of doughnuts. Must stop reviewing now - drooling on the keyboard. By the way, you can feed your car, too, as there are gas pumps at this location.
Stopped at Brew 22 and ordered a Vanilla Chai Blended Coffee. Although the server at the window was incredibly friendly and nice, the blended coffee, which the server assured me was just like a frappe, was completely awful. It was blended with no frappe or powder thickening base, so it had no thickness or creaminess to it, very thin, and tasted like pure corn syrup -with no vanilla, espresso, or chai flavors to it at all.
We feature artisan ice cream blended with real local fruit. Located 3 blocks from the beach in Seaside!
After a short walk around. the Seaside Prom, we enjoyed a wonderful "Ice Cream Break" at this establishment. Fast, friendly service and many enjoyable selections in which to choose from. Be sure to sit at one of the window tables to watch the interesting parade of tourists while you enjoy a delicious cone!

Patty herself was the only person in the Cafe when we arrived... She offers a good menu choice, and there were several tables of locals there chatting with her when she refilled their coffee cups... The bacon was peppered and flavorful... the eggs were done as ordered and the toast and hash browns were done as ordered. My wife had the Ham and eggs and received a generous piece of ham..She has been in this area a long time as we discussed that the last time we were in Seaside was in the 80's... she had worked for one of our favorite spots back then... Don't fall for the tourist aimed Pigs n' Pancakes... this place is much better.

Seasideâs newest dining option can be found on the Prom, right inside the Best Western Ocean View Resort. This exciting new restaurant is THE GATHERING PLACE where friends and families can meet and relax. Our delightful neighborhood cafe offers a variety
Stopped for brunch and had the buffet. Scrambled eggs (powdered) with peppers, bacon, sausage, toast, oatmeal and muffins. Coffee, tea and juice for $8.95. Would have liked some fruit. Rather standard fair but reasonable price for a tourist-centric beach town. A group of 6 teenagers came in and wiped out most everything. Slow to replenish.Dear Lin,I am sorry we could not give you a 5 star experience. To clarify, our restaurant does not use powdered eggs. I apologize we did not replenish the buffet after it was "wiped out" by the teenagers. We do cook everything fresh and sometimes it will take a few minutes to prepare the next round of fresh buffet. We hope to see you again soon. Mark & Team

Delicious food prepared from scratch right here in our kitchen by the chef. A creative, unique take on American and international breakfast and lunch dishes. Pastries and desserts baked in-house every day. Cozy, fun atmosphere.
My wife found this place on Trip Advisor. She said letâs give this a try! Okay, letâs give it a try, and if I donât like.....itâs all your fault!! LOL. This place did not disappoint.....fantastic breakfast; she had the Bay Shrimp Eggs Benedict......and for me had the Ham Eggs Benedict. Itâs been years since Iâve had such delicious Benedict. Our server Sam is excellent.....she was on top of everything. Iâd come here everyday on vacation while In this neck of the woods.
