Fine square, groovy atmosphere and colourfull deco, il Baretto looks good from the outside and draws you in with the top one Tripadvisor status. Unfortunatelly, that was all we got. The food is average, especially considerate the tourist-square prices (5 euro a drink). Maybe it was my mistake to order an American style burger in an Italian place but it seemed that the burgers are their signature dish. My partner had a poor sandwhich so in all, it wasnât great. The staff is very busy trying to serve and manage all tables so not much attention to gentle nods or care. Be wise, and try to find a place somewhere out of the hustle and bustle and just order an italian dish. A guess the place is good for drinks, but take the food somewhere else.

On the way to the very northern tip of Sardegna, Capo Testa, with its white monumental light tower surrounded by the Thyrenean Sea, facing towards Corsica/La CorseWatch out on the way down left side next after the 4 star hotel La Collona a little garden entrence with green machia bushes.behind you will find unbelieable beauty of natural beach. Shallow turqouise water and good drinks and foccachio paninis.salats,lemon sorbet. Menue in 5 languages. Marco even serves to the two white beds your favourite drink and free snacks on wodden little pallettes at happy hour. Surprise on sun set spot. We came here following TripAdvisor advice, but we were not that lucky this time.Despite the very good recent reviews we did not get such good experience like others, especially on the seafood side. The mixed grill fish (a 25⬠dish) was a bad joke: one frozen shrimp, one overcooked prawn, one untasty small scallop and tiny octopus... Extremely frustrating. Other dishes were same level like the risotto alle nero di Sepia: something to forget about.Neveetheles, they had pretty good pasta dishes. Still, being advertised as a seafood restaurant it does not help.No wines available from the menu, except the house wine (which actually is quite ok).All together not a good experience today.

Whilst wandering around the village we called in here for a bite to eat as it looked quite appealing.Food was ok but nothing special.It was quite busy, so the service was also nothing special.Beware added cost for sitting outside, we were charged an extra 5 Euros, wouldnât go back again.
