I occasionally visit for work and strive to eat local and avoid the chains when possible. This is my second time here. Small and intimate. Sheila cooks and waits tables, so its not the fast food machine. Even such with relatively full breakfast crowd, I was in and out in 45 minutes. I had the breakfast bowl and it was awesome. Coffee good and hot. No credit cards (I think).

I've been visiting this bakery since the 1970s. The cookies were made with lard then and delicious. They're still good and better for you but I reminisce about the old type. Nice place for a snack, a roll for tomorrow's breakfast, or a simple lunch.Thank you for taking the time to provide feed back on The Spanish Bakery & Cafe. We hope you enjoyed our food and look forward to seeing you again!

An all natural cafe offering a full gluten free menu with baked goods, juices, smoothies, locally roasted coffee and delicious soups and more. We have been a favorite at local farmers markets for years and now we offer a full breakfast and lunch menu with
I love that this place has vegetarian and vegan options! I also love that they have a self service water station. I was definitely underwhelmed by the service- we were the only people there and I still didn't feel welcomed at all. My husband got a quinoa burger which was ok, and I got the tempeh BLT which was also good. They weren't mind-blowing, however. I do think this is a good place for a healthy option and for vegans/vegetarians, though.

Zaba's is a Coffee shop/Bistro serving breakfast and lunch from 7:30 am to 3:00pm daily. Breakfast bowls starting at $4.00, breakfast wrap, biscuits and homemade sausage gravy, basic breakfasts. For lunch try one of Cuban sandwiches or the best hotdaogs o
Zaba's is everything you'd want out of your local cafe. The menu is affordable and reasonably priced. I got the chicken finger and fries basket for lunch. It was $5. Can't really ask for a better price. I loved the atmosphere, food selection, and prices so much I went back the next day. They serve breakfast, lunch, coffee, cold drinks, and smoothies. The owner is very friendly. We chatted while our food was being prepped. You couldn't ask for better service - they really have a passion for their business and the community they serve. I highly recommend visiting if you are in the area, especially before/after hitting the beach that is less than a 5-minute walk away.

We ordered shrimp tacos and fries, and jamaican jerk fish wrap and fries. The fries were shoestring fries that tasted like maybe they cooked to soon so they dropped them back in the fryer to reheat before serving. They were very oil soaked. The shrimp taco said it had cabbage, jalapenos, salsa, and sour cream. the shrimp was very small, and each taco had 2and a half shrimp, 2 jalapenos, not even enough cabbage to get a crunch, a little salsa and a thin drizzle of sour cream. I couldnt eat it like a typical taco. I had to roll it up, otherwise I would be eating mostly tacoshell. After rolling, it looked like the size of a cigar. The fish wrap was just a piece of fish with no seasoning. definitely not Jamaican jerk. The service was awful. They no longer provide straws with drinks. I have no problem with that, BUT.....I saw a glass go out to another customer that had lipstick still on it. No straws means you should take extra, extra care to wash the glasses. My husband was offered a refill, and i wasn't, even though my glass had less in it. Server just grabbed his glass and asked him if he wanted a refill and had already left the table, when he politely said "Honey did you want a refill too?" She then turned around and came back to see if I did. She returned with his refill, and brought a bill, and told us she would take it when we were ready. She never asked if we wanted anything else.....Their food was expensive for the teeny tiny servings they serve. We are locals and this is one place we wont go back to.

My husband and I went to La taza to grab a quick sandwich. The cleanliness is so nice. Happy faces and best chicken salad ever. What turned out to be a quick stop ended up being a very pleasant experience. One of our favorite to go places.
