Reviews on Cafe food in Rome, Lazio, Italy. From ancient monuments and frocked priests to fantastic shops and avant-garde architecture, Rome's neighborhoods are as diverse as its multimillennial history. The Eternal City is a mosaic of pocketed areas vying to show off their must-sees - whether it’s haute couture or street art, fabulous food or medieval architecture. What makes Rome unique is not just the "open-air museum" lifestyle but the life itself. Every day, in every corner and every piazza, Rome smoothly juggles tradition, history, and 21st century change.

Very close to te Vatican museum, a typical Roman fast food. You can taste the traditional food of Rome like Porchetta, specialities from Italy like Prosciutto crudo San Daniele, buffalo mozzarella. You can drink draft beer or a glass of best Italian wine
Lovely little restaurant that is run by amazing and friendly staff. Recommended family members who are visiting Rome to come in for food as it was delicious! Perfect place to come and eat after a long day of sightseeing. Atmosphere was nice and relaxed and the decor is lovely and very trendy. Will be back next time Iâm in Rome!!

Not far from St. Peter's church.Nice café, customers are nearly all foreign travelers and tourists. Good cappuccino! The croissants that we had weren't something special, they were a little too inflated and puffy, but it was ok.There also a large seating area, but you will be charged a service fee for table service.A bit on the pricy side. But the staff was very friendly and quick to serve. All in all, it was nothing sensational but you may try it if you are in the area.

Inexpensive! This is a nice place for a coffee stop, if you walking arount the Trevi Fountain. This little cafe has a wide selection of snacks, paninis, pastry, baked goods, cakes: good option for a quick brunch or breakfast. It is hidden in a alley just behind the San Marcello al Corso church. With the raving reviews from TA, we were curious and just wanted to give this place a shot.We tried a couple of times in the afternoon and once on a Sunday. It was closed and the exterior was not attractive, I would even say that it was a little disappointing. We thought that the coffee shop had been closed or eventually some works were on for update or maintenance. One morning we were walking in Via del Corso and we just wanted to check it out. It was open and crowded. They said that the shop works from early morning till 4:00 pm.We had coffee and croissant and some more things.Everything was good and inexpensive! We returned some days later for a quick bite for lunch and it was full of people! Most of the customers are locals, shopkeepers and salespersons from the nearby shops, few tourists, who are literally delighted and vocally in awe for the affordable and moderate prices more than for the goodness of the food itself. There is a nice vibe and it is a pleasure to stop there for a few minutes and hear what the locals and the Romans are chatting about... We had great expectations about the food but we found it just fair and decent. The service was friendly and proper and we appreciated it. There is some seating area with bar stools and wall shelves for eating if you are in a hurry and you have to leave soon. They have also an extra room, for people to sit at and have a regular meal All in all, it was nothing special or fancy but the quality was good for the price, with the bonus of genuine Italian atmosphere. Go and try it if you are in the area. A great value for money choice for traditional italian food..
