We have been on numerous occaisions and each time the food has been outstanding we are gradually working our way through the menu and every dish has been a delight so far. Cooked from scratch and well presented this homely little restaurant is a gem in Bury town centre. For little more than the price of a McDonalds meal you can get an authentic Thai meal, big servings and fresh ingredients. If in town give this little gem a try.

Good choices and inexpensive food in nice surroundings. Close to all the shops and the Market.Food is good and hearty and there is plenty of choice even for my Gluten free Wife. We never leave disappointed from Leckenbyâs. The staff are great and Georgia and the rest of the girls are a credit to the restaurant and management.Perfect lunchtime treat!

the tea room is a nice and spacious cafe with nice food and lovely things to buy. It is fairly priced and the food is nice especially the chips (which are homemade). I would recommend going for lunch especially as the profits goes to a good cause.

Had a Minted Lamb Baguette from here and it was the nicest taste to ever grace my mouth. The service is always fantastic and friendly. Its probably the cleanest café ive ever been too as well. Also has really good prices and an interesting menu rather than the same boring meals every café has available. Highly recommended guys.

This is not a fast food chain but local people trying hard. For that they must be given the utmost credit. The food is fresh, well cooked and presented and delivered with a smile. Party of 4 of us had various dishes, eggs benedict, pancakes and 'full english'. Quantity and quality of food was excellent and we will be back. It was quite busy so be sure to book and at least give them a chance. Highly recommended.

Only on a Friday evening is The Square Cafe transformed into a lovely little bistro offering delicious freshly cooked food. The menu is chalked on a blackboard and thereâs a good choice for each course. Food quality is excellent, nicely presented and portion size is large, so be hungry. Hubby had the steak which was to die for but really we couldnât fault any of it. My personal favourite was the home-made dessert, no surprise there then ha ha .... I finished my meal with the richest chocolate brownie ever and then even tried some of hubbyâs lemon cheesecake which was so tangy and yummy. Pity itâs only open on a Friday but weâll definitely be back again.

Have been coming here for years as it local. Have always told friends how fab it is. Unfortunately the last couple of visits have been disappointing. Quality is dropping, as what usually happens, with a good location. Ordered a fish finger sandwich, which for the price; didnât expect cheap fish fingers that had grey minced fish inside.The cakes that are usually large light and fluffy with a generous layer of toppings; Again quality has gone down. Heavy dense with a then layer of frosting.
