While the word “underwhelming” encapsulates my experience at Barry’s Cafe, it doesn’t quite express the disappointment of my visit. The charm of the firefighter aesthetic lining the walls is the only charm you’ll find here. Dismissive staff, wrong order, cold toast dripping in butter, all toppings on the outside of omelette.. landing around a $20 breakfast for one, all in. If you like quirky, cozy diners, this is not it chief.

Located adjacent to the Aloft hotel. My iced Latte was excellent. Also enjoyed the Blueberry Compote. The biscuit was huge and delicious. Will be back when in the area.
