Really good place for breakfast. During weekends its possible that you need to wait for a table about 30 minutes but the place and food deserves its.You mus try cantaloupe bowl for entrance. Chilaquiles are really nice too. Dishes are big.Service is excellent. Best place to have breakfast.

Located a few blocks from the Central Plaza (Zocalo), Casa Mimi is a beautiful and charming coffehouse. As soon as you enter, you realize the owner's taste is imprinted in every corner of the café. Enchanted enviroment where you can read, play and enjoy m
I had a salad as I was in desperate need of some vegetables and it was very good. Even better was the super friendly (English speaking) staff who went out of their way to make sure you were happy! If you're in the neighbourhood, I'd suggest that you pop in for a drink/meal in this cosy café.Dear Ozzigirl81,In the name of all our staff we thank and appriciate your opinion. Actually, its not that hard to find (see previous comment), its just west of Blvd. Atlixco, south of the Triangulo Las Animas shopping center and Wal-Mart, near the Plaza San Jose shopping center, in the Colonia known as Fraccionamiento Estrellas del Sur. It is, however, not so visible from the highway. so you have to be in the right hand lane and going slowly in order to make the turn, as it is set back from the highway on a small and narrow street. There are lots of very interesting local items on the menu, this is definitely not your typical, everyday restaurant. So if you want a different dining experience and want to eat some really good food, try La Casita, we really enjoyed our visit. You don't come here for the ambiance, the interior is relatively basic. There is some parking, more than many restaurants in Puebla but not a generous amount. Its definitely worth the extra time and effort to try this.
This bakery is tiny. However it does have some amazing bread and even fresh made bagels which can be hard to find in the city. They also have a few cheeses, Brie and Camembert, in their fridge which practically hides behind the front door. I will be going back very soon.
