If you came to Italy and you are totally over eating real Italian food and being in real Italian places but the nearest McDonalds is in Naples: this place is for you. Average food that you can get at any hipster neighborhood in _______, USA. I had the meatballs with polenta and potatoes and had a hard time finishing it.

While the decor could be a bit more modern, the service here was great. The waitress was very helpful with my gluten allergy and for 3E extra changed out the oil in the fryer so I could have fried calamari. Also it was 2E extra for gluten free pasta. Many options on their menu are gluten free or could be adapted. They even had gluten free lager beer. Nice sandwiches and salads for the rest of my family. We felt very welcome here and would go back!

Very average service, I appreciate a dry sense of humour and sarcasm but I felt like it was used inappropriately with no real sense of customer service. In the end, I don't think they were being sarcastic, they were just rude.We were told no to several very reasonable requests without any alternatives. For example when ordering a plain croissant, we were simple told 'no, we've ran out' no alternative was given, it was very awkward. We ordered some tap water, was also advised no - we had to buy there filtered water which was just tap water that was in the fridge, one bottle was 3.5 euro! The food was super average, the chicken schnitzel tasted like what I would have ordered from a school canteen. Very processed and definitely not fresh! 13 euro!My friend ordered the egg and bacon and it looked as though it has been thrown on a plate and was the smallest portion. We have been travelling for a month across Europe and this was by far the worst service and food to date. Don't bother!

Apparently they don't like their toilets being used, even by paying customers. I'd never respond to someone yelling "Hey!" at me repeatedly and then be berated for having the pleasure of using their mediocre toilet facilities. Prime location does not give reason to treat customers so rudely. Avoid. Oh, and it was 36 Euro for 3 smoothies and a beer.
