We are a difficult and picky lot but all loved our food. There's a great range of tasty homemade food, and because it's freshly homemade they can adapt and amend for dietary needs, and did so for us without any hesitation or huffiness which we've encountered elsewhere. The portions are generous and prices good value. I would certainly recommend and return. The car park is £1 honesty box and toilets outside public, there's a small park a very short walk away. Thanks very much for those kind comments, we really appreciate you taking the time to give us such positive feedback x

We went furniture shopping and decided to stop in the Tearoom. Service was nice and friendly. Responsible prices for food, little on the expensive side for a tearoom but more like 'main' meals. I got Cumberland Sausage, Chips and Mushy Peas. The girls got a Beef sandwich to share. The food came very quick and was very tasty, only issue was Mushy Peas were cold.

Bellissimo's is a family run business providing the highest quality Italian, English and Mediterranean cuisine. We also serve fine wine and beer. Voted the best Italian cafe in England in 2015 and 2017.
Visited here today Sunday the 7th July for the first time, beautiful authentic dishes, its very homely, they have a vast range of speciality dishes cooked by the chef on offer. itâs family run also they make their own authentic cakes, the same as you would find in Napoli. Lynn is a very welcoming lady who is married to the Italian chef. definitely coming again and bringing family and friends too, you must definitely try this place as you wonât be disappointed, I give it 5 stars Thankyou. I never know what to say when people leave reviews like this. We are a just a family business trying very hard to please people and give them what we call Authentic italian fayre. My husband should take the credit for this though, he puts passion and soul into his dishes, even an italian poached eggs on toadt for breakfast. We would love to see you and your family soon. Again, thankyou.

Went to another place in Barrowford, but at ten thirty, it was not yet open Why? Called in at Bistro 7,just for a brew. Wish I had had some food, it looked and smelled great! Lovely little place, well patronised. The staff were attentive and pleasant. Will report back when I have sampled the food. This maybe the place to be.

Vintage tea rooms serving a selection of teas, cakes, soups, sandwiches and pie of the day, all freshly made. Afternoon tea our speciality (advance booking required). A cosy venue for private functions.
I had a day off and it rained non stop all morning . We didnât want to go too far as travelling would have been horrendous. We changed our plans decided to do jobs in the morning then have lunch out. We chose to come here as itâs not open when Iâm off work. It was so lovely, the decor is fab and like a traditional tea room. We were met with a nice warm welcome. The service was wonderful and friendly and now for the best bit .... the food and drink . Tea was hot and refreshing served in china cups. We shared because we both wanted the same. The Cheese and onion pie served with salad was so tasty and homemade, the tuna sandwiches were fresh and also tasty. The cakes were divine lemon curd sponge was light and fluffy and the ginger nut topped cake was excellent . Thanks for making my wet day off wonderful

The Bobbin is located adjacent to the Oakmount mill fabric shop and offers English food,
Visited The Bobbin yesterday for the first time and was very impressed. The food here is excellent. I had the Cesar Salad and it was delicious, my friends both opted for the Chicken Stroganoff and loved it. The cake selection is incredible. Can't wait to go back.

Vegan review: Ate here for a friendâs baby shower. They were very generous with the portion sizes and quite creative! There was an assortment including falafel, potato salad, olives, sun dried tomatoes, wraps, vegan cheese, salad, fruit and chutneys. There was so much I took home what I couldnât finish. They packed it in brown paper bags for me. Dessert was fruit with vegan ice cream and candy floss! It was all for the bargain price of £15.

Serving fresh food, home baked cakes, biscuits and desserts daily, to eat in or takeaway. Afternoon Tea served daily, Booking essential. Dogs welcome.
Called in with my dog and weâd gone to the park but it started raining hard. Always difficult to decide which cake to have but I settled for the blondie and a filter coffee which I prefer to fancier coffees. My dog was given a sausage which went down well. Lots of staff who were either cleaning or baking. Itâs nice to be able to see into the kitchen. Thank you for the lovely review, we do like our 4legged friends
