The cafe is in TU Narva collage, which kind of sets the scene, but the place is much more than an avg student café. Firstly the building is probably one of he best new architecture solutions in the city and this also shows in the café. Stopped there during a rainy day and the rain created an impressive fountain in the inner court yard, creating a feeling of natural environment. The décor is rather simple, but still gives a cozy feeling, maybe due to the people who visit there. Those are the ones represent progressive Narva, looking into the future, intellectuals, arty types, mix of younger and older generations and both nations. The food was very good, not gourmand restaurant excellent, but interesting choices and good quality. Tried a soup which was rather price, but also very meaty and a some noodles, which were dominated by ginger(?). For dessert pistachio crème brulee was extremely sweet and did not feel very natural. The best was the black bread that you could just take from a side table, it was homemade, fresh and dark. A place that makes that good bread cannot go much wrong with everything else either. As said already the place is a bit pricey, but during weekdays there are also cheaper daily offers and porridge in the mornings. Iâd definitely visit again when in Narva.PS! They have a client card (50EUR), which gives considerable discount, but youâd still have to be a really frequent visitor to cover it.
I am from Narva and this new place has become my top choice. I would recommend to come here for dumplings - they have been delicious every time I have ordered them. These can be served home-made pesto sauce. I have had shrimp pasta with a tasty sauce that was creamy but not greasy, however the pasta itself was far from al dente. The place offers a variety of coffee drinks and has the best American-style frappe in town. You can also take coffee to go. Bublik has a selection of pastry including Pavlova. I would prefer it to be more chewy, but the filling is good. All in all the atmosphere is pleasant and it is the only place in Narva where you can sit at the window and look at the street to get a "city" feeling.

The Narva restaurant forms part of the Narva hotel. It is just 300 metres from the bus and railway stations. Designed in Italian style, it is on the first floor of the building. There is also a lobby bar. Our restaurant is the ideal place to spend a roman
We were staying at the Narva Hotel so decided to eat here on our first night. We werenât disappointed as we received excellent service from Aleksandra and all the staff. Also important to us is the food which was delicious. We chose pumpkin soup and herring salad with black bread for starters. For mains we both had the pork barbeque and pickled vegetables. We were surprisingly impressed by the food, the lovely décor, the ambience and the excellent service. We tried a Narva Cocktail (Vana Tallinn and sparkling wine) and had a good bottle of cabernet sauvignon red wine. Do give this place a try.

Come and try the true tastes of home made meals! Always welcome! 2nd floor in Tradecenter Fama, Narva
The food was Ok, from variety of ordered dishes I really enjoyed only Russian's pelmeni and coffee:)I have to add that I love tasty food and for example lunch at Mc Donald's is not an option for me, therefore my opinion is based on my expectations from the food.
