Converted home to restaurant, Julie Anne's offer a great place to have a sit-down breakfast ... or lunch. The restaurant is small, with limited seating, so time your visit accordingly. Nice menu selection (breakfast or lunch), tasty food, good service, all for a reasonable price. I would say ... nice combination. It is definitely where locals come for a meal, so you should not be disappointed. Hope this helps with your first visit.

Had free breakfast at hotel but came here instead. Fabulous pastryâs and bread. All from scratch in an open kitchen. Unique, delish, fun!

Small but nice place with charming indoor and terrace seating on Lancaster Avenue. Menu follows those of the other Nudy's in the area, most well known for their sweet roll french toast specialties. Tried an avocado toast special that was just so-so. Huevos Rancheros quite good though not made the traditional way. Nice shredded hash browns here. Prices moderate and service very good.

Zoup is an interesting place; they have a variety of soups and offer samples. There wasn't one that I didn't like, they were all quite tasty with my favorite being the lobster bisque, it's absolutely delicious. They have a variety of sandwiches served on ciabbata that you can customize if you want. Staff is friendly, there is a good amount of seating but the tables aren't cleaned off very often. I do think they are a little on the expensive side for the portion size. But I did enjoy my food and will probably eat here again.
