After so many recommendations we finally gave this place a try and it was very good! I love a menu with some different options done well. The Paleo options were delicious especially the french toast! I love that they offer sweet potato hash too. This will definitely be a regular place on our breakfast options!

I've been going to Eggroll Cafe for ten years... 10!!! It is next door to UML North campus and they have eggrolls of all flavors, bento boxes *korean spicy and thai curry are favorites, yummy soup, crazy good bubble teas and more!!Over the years they have grown and expanded their base and have been involved in many, many community events. I always crave Eggroll Cafe and every experience has always been friendly, fun and good!This place, a local gem has thrived because of their quality and I am so happy to be able to eat here as often as I do :)

I can't say enough good things about this place. Cafe UTEC is delicious, fresh, very reasonable, and a great way to support an organization that helps youth in the community. Eating at Cafe UTEC, you're served by young people getting workforce training, and any profits go right back into the organization. It's a fun place to be with great energy. Very tasty and good lighter options, vegetables from the community gardens of Mill City Grows. Open only for lunch (except for occasional special events). Excellent vegetarian options. Very cost effective ($5 salads, $7 soup and sandwich).

We had lunch here, and even though the line was long, the food was prepared quickly. It's a small, apparently family-run restaurant. The panini sandwiches were hot and fresh. We tried something new to us: mofongo con chicharron. It was warm and filling. The staff are friendly and accommodating.
