Stopped for breakfast. Looks very unassuming, took a while to catch someones attention once in shop, but the steak and mushroom pie was fantastic (chunks of steak and big slices of large mushrooms, not those baby mushrooms). Coffee wS excellent as was the cream donut (real cream). Highly recommend

Barrow Boys is a specialty coffee shop in Kerikeri, Bay of Islands.
Have been waiting to try Barrow Boys coffee and was not dissappointed. Adults had the nitro chilled coffee and it was perfect - not bitter yet full flavoured. Son had iced chocolate that was huge and really good. Food (lunch and slices) were all really tasty but a little on the small size for the prices.

We stopped here for lunch as it used to be owned by a friend, who has since passed away. We enjoyed an excellent lunch with home made food.

Had a late breakfast here; nice little Café in KeriKeri, offering gluten free and organic food. Tables are set outside and inside, food was fresh, fresh grapefruit juice was phantastic. All good.

We offer a wide variety of menu items, including breakfasts, morning and afternoon tea and light lunch. For breakfast the delicious Rainbow Falls Full English has been highly rated by our guests and we also serve organic muesli, free range eggs and toast
What a delightful Tea House in a lovely garden setting with a peaceful ambience, which is hard to find today. We were meeting some old friends and were recommended to come here for a quiet lunch.I had the egg and cress sandwiches which were delicious, so fresh and tasty and beautifully presented. My friend had the soup, equally delicious. The guys chose the Guiness pies which they said were a bit bland not a robust Guiness flavour and very runny. The cake selection we had for dessert were all good, I particularly liked the lemon cake.

Reviews rated this cafe quite highly but to be fair we called in as its close to a great bookstore. Good coffee. Small but varied menu (on board inside) but no kidâs menu which was a minus. Good food (although the mushrooms on ciabatta were a bit overloaded with sauce). Around 20 mins wait for food which was fine but weâd finished our coffee well before the meal arrived. Rated as child friendly but didnât get that vibe. No play area.
