I tried several coffee places in downtown Izhevsk, and this one is my favorite. Their wifi is pretty fast, coffee is good.Their breakfasts are highly recommended: huge plates and great taste. Wasn't too expensive: 180 roubles for an English breakfast plate and a free drink.

Went there twice: once for breakfast which was really good and once for tea and cake, which was also very good. The interior is colourful, modern and welcoming. The best seats are upstairs. Large selection of sweets and nice options for breakfast.

Just an average place to have a cup of coffee. They have a pretty complicated procedure for a wifi connection, and I couldn't get an access to an FTP server, so the connection is somewhat limited. Also it was a bit too dark, so I had a challenge finding the letters on my laptop keyboard :)Cappucino was okay, but not a wow.

We came to visit from Vancouver, Canada this past May 2016. This place was highly recommended to us by locals so we went in hopes that we won't be disappointed. God, was that ever a treat! We tried many different dishes, all were very tasty and different. Authentic is the word. The service was very good which summed up our experience as being excellent overall. Then we went to their other location, on the Victory day street and we had the same amazing meal and experience. I actually liked this location's interior better, lots of natural light inside, just serene. To sum up, if you want to enjoy a hearty traditional Russian style meal that has been made from scratch, Hot Pelmen is the place to visit. Greetings from Canada from Maria and Angela!
