I have been here a few times. I have enjoyed the atmosphere of this cafe. The food and cakes are quite good and the coffee beverages are varied. I felt it was a bit pricey compared to other cafes, yet the place is clean and pristine. It does offer live music whenever available. if your looking for an up market cafe in Pala-o then this is it.
The coffee shop is located at the entrance of Robinson's Place in Iligan City along the National Highway.I ordered Cafe Americano in chilled ice with 2 pieces of cookies.Others ordered their own coffees or hot choco.A good place to spend time.Besides our table are 2 students with their laptops.Other on the tables are family or friends on chat over a cup of good coffee.
We purchased bread, macaroni & cake.Along the National Highway.Good to purchase moist chocolate cake.
Visited Kelseys for a family Birthday Celebration, the food was nicely presented and tasty, the service was efficient and friendly. I particularly liked that when I arrived early and asked for a coffee, the staff broke up their pre-service huddle to attend to me. Incidentally, the coffee was excellent.

A couple of friends recommended Fontina to us and we arranged to meet there for lunch. Our friends recommended the Vegetable Soup to start as it was apparently freshly made. The time we waited for it to arrive seemed to support this. Unfortunately the Soup, although a generous portion, seemed rather watery and bland. No matter onto the main course, which, in my case involved the helpful waiter putting my Greek Salad in front of me whilst I held my Soup Bowl aloft in order to finish the contents. My Greek Salad was fine although the dressing was just a concoction of oil and dried herbs, no evidence of any other ingredients and no hint of garlic, also no opportunity for it to marinate as it was served in a small jug. Result, bland taste. My wife's Salmon was much better, and the platter of Garlic Rice she shared with one of our friends was fine. Our friend was something of a favoured customer so I was suprised to see that his Grilled Tilapia was dried out and resembled a Fossil. Hiscompanion was sensible and just had a coffee and a Brownie.

It's an old cafe but still remains standing until now. They have renovated already their interiors and it looked nice! My fave is the spirelli salad & the banofe pie.
