Welcome to your Hillsboro, OR Whole Foods Market! Founded in 1978 in Austin, Texas, Whole Foods Market is the leading retailer of natural and organic foods, the first national "Certified Organic" grocer, and uniquely positioned as America's Healthiest Gro
While staying at the Embassy Suites in Hillsboro my daughter and I went to the Whole Foods Market on Cornell Road to get something to take to our room. We were familiar of the offerings after visiting other Whole Foods Markets in the Portland area.I purchased 8 ounces of chicken soup for my Mom which was four dollars. I then had a made-to-order burrito made for me for eight and my daughter got a burrito bowl for eight. There was also a hot food bar with steamed veggies, baked chicken and similar for nine dollars per pound (which would add up quickly), a salad bar of similar price, sandwich (made-to-order) bar, sushi bar and pizza bar next to a bakery. All of the food looked great and most if not all was organic.Service was slow, but the server was polite and the food tasted good and our burritos (bowl and in tortilla) were HUGE! We also snagged some macaroon cookies (small and two bucks apiece) they were definitely a splurge. The seating area for eat-in was plentiful with lots of condiment options along with biodegradable, recyclable flatware. An urban-flat feel to the space which is family friendly. The market isn't really an eatery as much as it's a market with a space for eating. I'd not want to take a date to Whole Foods Market, but if you need to get a bite with the family after a long day or grab lunch on the go, it's a good option. The foods are slightly expensive, but fresh and tasty.

This is a special place with homemade rolls, eggs, muffins, etc. I was just visiting in town but went a number of times and really enjoyed the atmosphere, the food, and seeing how many local regulars came. A great experience and good food! Wish there were a place like this near our Uni! Was lucky enough to meet Maggie. Hear she has sold it but fortunately is still helping out.

If you're looking for a great start to your morning, you can't go wrong with one of the fabulous burritos from Manaia! The coffee is good and the staff is friendly and warm but the breakfast burrito is tasty and filling. I highly recommend this place if your particularly hungry.

Butcher shop, café and wild game processing.
Please please get more comfortable chairs and upgrade your ambience. This could be a super amazing place. I doubt anyone really likes this the way it is with totally uncomfortable chairs and really minimal service. Take advantage of the marvelous food and go for it. Get a super rating!!

Really love this old building and the surrounding area. The staff make you feel very welcomed. The pastries are really great and the quiches delicious. We enjoyed our food on the plane as we traveled back home with great memories of Oregon.

For $7.99 you can get an excellent burger with fries, which is a Monday special. Anything from mushrooms to bacon, all are excellent and a good savings. Then for an extra $1 you can get a gluten free bun. The food was very good but the atmosphere is a bit drab and worn.
