Heading back home we stopped for breakfast in Harrison at the Ranch House Restaurant. You could tell this is the local place to eat. Large menu choice and good country food. I had the ham and cheese omlet with grits and it was good. All enjoyed their food and service was good too.

My son and husband recently traveled through the area for a high school band trip. This group made a breakfast stop here and raved about it! Delicious breakfast that is reasonably priced and very kind staff. My son was so excited about the cinnamon rolls that he brought one home for us to try the first weekend. Crazy good and a must stop on the way back up to Branson the following weekend. Definitely recommend!

When in Harrison, AR, TownHouse Cafe is an American restaurant that serves Arkansas Southern style food, hamburgers, sandwiches, breakfast foods, seafood and catering service for any event. We pride ourselves on the excellent service we provide to our cus
The breakfast we ate was great, so we decided to check out the lunch menu. We were greatly disappointed in the difference. Breakfast is freshly cooked and I highly recommend it. For lunch we had fried catfish basket, ham/beans soup, chicken strip basket and the fish/shrimp dinner. The food was very typical of frozen or canned food that is heated up and served. Very bland, tasteless, commercialized food. The catfish was inedible. The cherry pie was the only dessert that was homemade. Server did say there was one piece left. Unfortunately the crust was stale and the cherries were the typical canned and not a sweet tasting pie.We will limit our future trips to enjoy breakfast.

New owners opened in the Spring of 2019, after deep cleaning, painting and re-decorating at this long-time restaurant location on Main Street in the former Master Chef building. The restaurant is VERY CLEAN and service is excellent. The interior is bright and decorated nicely. There are very comfortable booths and, also, tables & chairs. The small ladies' room was very clean and easily accessed. We have only had their breakfasts, so far, but the menu is extensive and varied. Our food--eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, gravy, toast/biscuit--arrived quickly and drinks were replenished quickly by friendly, efficient waitresses. The eggs were cooked to our specifications as was the tasty "crisp" bacon.I hope they stay in business as they, obviously, are hard workers and care about their customers.I can think of nothing negative to say about Marsha's Midtown.
