Been coming here for years and unfortunately had enough as has got progressively worse. The food is brilliant and really like their new menu but the service is appalling and always is every time we go.Tables over flowing with dirty plates, not nice to sit in, and a challenge to place an order as staff are always new and don't know what they are doing. We know some of the friendly good staff all left to go to another local restaurant. Today's waiter did not know what cutlery is and had to get someone else. Despite being a hot day they had no ice as 'had no delivery' why they couldn't buy some from Morrisons, just down the road, I'm not sure.Today we were served dirty glasses for our drinks and uncooked chips. Credit where due the manager did replace and refund them after we complained but why were they served?! It's a real shame as the food is normally great but not cheap so the bad service and environment ruins it.

This is a bar and restaurant
SUPER SUPER SUPER PLACECannot thank Hayley and her team enough for saving my 80's themed Hen Night after The Piano Bar in Hoddesdon cancelled my booking two days before the night. After looking this bar up on the internet my partner spoke to the manager (Hayley) and she could not of been more helpful. She said she would get her DJ to start an hour earlier than normal and to play two hours of 80's music which ended up staying 80's all night which was great. The atmosphere was brilliant and the staff were superb and they personally made me feel very special on my night. I cant thank them enough for giving me a night I won't forget.
I enjoyed a coffee at Starbucks some time ago and on reading my previous review things are much the same. The staff are exceptionally friendly and the coffee is full of flavour. We again sat outside watching the coming and going of the people and cars. A most pleasant way to spend 40 minutes.

I turned up and there were 4 people ahead of me, it took over 15 minutes to get served! Everything is hand written and then physically taken to the chef. The food turned up quite quickly though (quicker than it took to be served). The breakfast is ok, not the worst Iâve had but not the best. In serious need of a solution for speeding up the process of taking orders though as I did see some people arrive and leave as they lost patience.

Vintage setting in authentic WWII Nissen Hut & NAAFI, selection of freshly cooked food, local baked bread daily, organic free range Sausages and eggs, full bar service available daily, function facilities.
Lovely friendly atmosphere with seating inside and out on a busy airfield next to one of the main taxiways and aircraft parking. Perfect on a nice summer's day to sit outside and what aircraft coming and going. The buildings have lots of character, clearly some going back to WWII when North Weald was a fighter station during the Battle of Britain. The buildings and tables and chairs are now looking a bit tired, particularly the outside seating. The food is good and tasty though nothing special.Overall a lovely welcoming place to come to relax with a nice meal.Morning Debbie Rwe have bought new tables for the summer, thank you for your feedback, our menu is targetted at the repeat customer expectation and we have tried many times to alter the menus/ specials boards but I can assure you is fresh cooked, organice and locally sourced, homecooked etcwe look forward to welcoming you back soonkind regardsBilly

Eco friendly, vegan and vegetarian coffee shop and cafe
We received a very warm welcome and found the atmosphere extremely relaxing. My coffee was top class and the Americano came with hot milk. The vegan pumpkin cake was flavoured with nutmeg and ginger and that was superb. We received a large slice, that had roasted pumpkin seeds on top. It was very moist and overall just fabulous. The table was clean and tidy, like the rest of the cafe with the most spotless toilet I have seen in a restaurant for ages.I look forward to going there again.

Iâm quite shocked at all the good reviews. Waited 10 mins for coffees and 40 mins for egg on toast which turned up cold! Way overpriced for what you get. Definitely wouldnât come back.Hi, sorry you had a bad experience at the blue rooms, the day you visited we were extremely busy, we do serve people in the order they arrive regardless of what they order whether it be a sandwich, eggs on toast or a full main meal. But thereâs no excuse for serving cold food, if youâd brought it to our attention at the time we could have fixed it for you. I think we provide good value for money but I appreciate it wouldnât have felt like good value to you if the food was cold. Again, I wish youâd brought it to our attention at the time so we could have fixed it in for you in some shape or form. As you can tell from our other reviews, serving cold food (with long wait times) is not something we make a habit of.

A family run and independent delicatessen and coffee shop set in the beautiful Essex market town of Epping. Serving fresh sandwiches, salads, smoothies and juices as well as stacks of produce from their deli counter. Don't miss out on our stunning salt be
Visited here recently as on the face of it, seemed like a nice place. Sadly itâs a classic case of style over substance. The waitress service was extremely poor; walking away when I was talking to them about the food, slamming things down on the table (coleslaw they forgot to include) and general curtness. I ordered a chicken schnitzel bagel with coleslaw. Aside from expecting the coleslaw as a side, I found it was served on the bagel and took up much of the tiny bagel with a pitiful amount of chicken. Extremely expensive and vastly disappointing for what was received! Will not recommend or return. Thanks for coming in and for your review. We will address the service issue with the team, thanks for bringing this up.The bagels are traditional and the size they should be but they should be filled enough to fill someone up!Sorry you won't return.

Cafe Mio Epping Limited was established in December 2005. We are an independent business, serving fresh home cooked quality food, a wide range of freshly made beverages, cakes, frappé & cold drinks. We pride ourselves on providing good friendly efficient
Lovely cafe with an incredible menu. So much to choose from and all looked impeccably prepared. I know my dishes were! Helpful and very pleasant staff who were beguiled by my granddaughter who cornered the Fruit shoot market and enjoyed some complementary chocolate mini eggs for her cuteness and Doe eyed look across the counter. Toilets donât get mentioned in reviews much but the cubicle at cafe Mio was spotless, spacious and very well lit, top marks chaps. Food is prepared where you can see it and arrives quickly along with your eating irons and condiments. Not too shabby House wine completes any leisure time visit and I would recommend this cafe without hesitation.

This place is friendly, casual and good for being gluten free friendly. I particularly loved their Gluten Free Sponge cake with raspberries. It was the best Gluten Free sponge I have ever tasted, light and not very sweet 9I dislike cakes that re too sweet). Unfortunately I have paid two more visits there and there was no more to be seen.Perhaps everyone else had eaten it already :(
