Met friends for lunch at First Watch and returned the following week when we were in the Brookfield area. Both times the service and food was excellent The menu offers a variety of breakfast and lunch entrees which offer some diversified and healthy alternatives to the usual fare. They also offer seasonal specials and drinks, however, no liquor is served. There are many eateries in this very busy shopping area and both times the restaurant was filled and customers waiting for service. The food is always delicious and attractively presented. We have eaten at several different First Watch restaurants in Florida and have always been pleased. We would recommend this one in Brookfield as well.

I was in the area for an appointment, and looking for a new lunch experience. I took a seat at the counter and was immediately acknowledged by the very friendly server. I ordered the BLAT sandwich and with fries and could not believe how quickly it arrived. The sandwich was delicious, with thick cut bacon, marinated heirloom tomatoes, fresh avocado and thick whole wheat toast. The fries were thin cut and served in a tiny fry basket. Cute presentation, but I had hoped for a plate instead of a plank. It was very difficult for the delicious, juicy drippings from the sandwich to stay on the plank without constant napkin interventions. All in all, great staff, very tasty food at good prices. I would definitely recommend,

Stopped in here with the kids for some desserts. They have a variety of cookies, brownies, cupcakes, muffins, scones, etc. They also bake cakes and do gluten free baking too! They have a variety of drinks and coffees. Great little cafe!

Got the Mushroom and Gruyere Omelet. Maybe the best Iâve ever had. Got side salad, which may have been even better! My friend had the Blackened Shrimp Salad and it rocked too. Love Hollander!
