Wir haben nichts gegessen, folglich kann ich nichts darueber sagen. Es liegt am Weg vom "Welterbesteig". Einkehren sollte man auf jeden Fall. Es gibt nachher ausschliesslich einen Heurigen und der ist fast am Ende des Steigs.

We worked up quite a thirst hiking to see the castle ruins in Durnstein. After getting back into town, we were very happy to find the Cafe Durnstein and very much enjoyed their Eiskaffee. Enjoy!

Cappuccino und hervorragenden Kuchen haben wir im Rathauscafe genossen. Der Service war korrekt, schnell und kÃ¼hl. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das CafÃ© war in der Mittagszeit von BerufstÃ¤tigen und einigen Touristen besucht. Das GebÃ¤ude ist modern, die InnenrÃ¤ume mit groÃen Glasfassaden wirken hell und luftig. Auf den Freisitzen zum Rathausplatz hin sitzt man ruhig und verkehrsfrei.

Abends mit Kollegen eher zufÃ¤llig hier vorbeigekommen auf eine Flasche Wein. Ziemlich viel los gewesen aber aufgrund des Wetters ist dies ja kein Wunder. DrauÃen gesessen und Krems genossen. Wir kommen wieder. Danke.
