Although I don't go as often as I wish, every visit to revolver leaves me satisfied. A small cafe with a great setting in the middle of a suburban setting, the menu always has classic and more adventurous options for breakfast or brunch. If you plan to come, be prepared to wait, as this popular cafe is packed most of the times - but the food is worth the wait. Highly recommended!

Our server pet the dog at the table next to us, allowing it to lick all over her hands. Then went about serving our food like normal without washing or disinfecting.

This little cafe in Norton Street is great value for money. We visited for an early dinner with our dog and were well looked after on an outside footpath table. The waiter was most obliging in ensuring they could cater for food intolerances and he made us feel very welcome. The meals were not complicated and expertly prepared. It was a treat on a week night when we didn't feel like cooking and on the whole a positive experience.

Stopped here for a quick family breakfast on Good Friday when a lot of other places were closed. We struck lucky. The service was quick and friendly. The breads are made onsite so are lovely and fresh. The granola was also extremely fresh served with yoghurt and fruit compote. A great little find.

We stopped here for lunch on a busy Sunday when the Rocks Markets were on. There was a lot of selection and we enjoyed our sandwich and wrap and people watching. Found the prices to be great, and it was quite busy. Most don't stay long though so a table will open up.You seat yourself and order and pay at the counter and then they bring food to you.

The favourite coffee and brunch venue in Drummoyne, only a short walk from the Bay Run. Now also open for dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Offering a family friendly casual environment well-known by the locals.
We tried this place for breakfast on a weekend. The service was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the pan fried mushrooms with poached eggs and sourdough toast ($19). My husband ordered the huevos rancheros ($19.50). I enjoyed the mushroom dish but thought it was quite pricey given the serving size. I seemed to score the end loaf of the bread so my two pieces of toast were quite small. My husband enjoyed his dish but commented it was very spicy which he didnât mind. Again, not a huge serving size. This is a child friendly place. There is a kidsâ menu and the babychinos were generous glasses of milk. Kids pancake came out of the kitchen quickly. There are a lot of hard surfaces in this place so I struggled to hear across the table given the volume of noise in the cafe. Not sure Iâd rush back given the noise levels and value for money.

Very glad we left the nearby pub to try this vastly superior alternative. The staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was casual and warm, the noise level meant you could have a conversation at your table, and the food was excellent. We really enjoyed the zucchini flowers and the salmon. The Balmain bug pasta was excellent and the pork belly was very generous and the best we have tasted. The winner overall was the extraordinary bougasta (custard parcels) for dessert. So delicious. Very impressed and we will return. Yummy.

Kitchen closes at 3pm Monday - Friday & 3:30pm on weekends. Social Brew Cafe - something of an oasis of good food and drinks in Pyrmont. Where, letâs face it, the cafe options arenât as abundant as one would like. Which isnât to say weâd just head there o
We came here for a late breakfast after checking the reviews on TripAdvisor and werenât disappointed. It does get very busy and we booked a table which Iâd recommend. We still had to wait a bit on arrival for our table but the staff were very attentive and we were seated pretty quickly. Food was delicious and came out promptly. The juices are great (particularly the option to have them spiked)and taste fresh. Would definitely return!
