There are vegan options, and they are lovely- but no vegan cakes. I have complained 3 times....the chef apparently isn't open to suggestions.....It's not difficult to produce vegan cakes Also no vegan salad dressing....
Happened upon this for lunch and enjoyed the experience. Quirky interior with pleasant helpful staff.Seating is either sofas or wooden chairs. Different choices for lunch. I had pate with toast and lovely salad with dressing with cafetiere of coffee which was filling. Some were coming in for tea and cakes which were inviting. Also has a small shop and offer events.

My friend and I visited this cafe. Lovely vibe with all the food made at the cafe, huge gorgeous cakes and china cups. Garden is fabulous, so peaceful. Definitely go again!

Took my 2 daughters (4 & 12) into Wild and Wild for a lunch date today. Youngest had the hummus, veg sticks and tortilla chips, eldest had Beyond Meat cheezburger and I had the hoisin jackfruit wrap...all were absolutely gorgeous! Not one scrap was left! Really friendly staff, relaxed vibe and utterly scrumptious food, what more could you want?! We'll be back soon x

My husband and I went to Victoria Mill yesterday September 3rd 2019 and as always visited The Loft Cafe as it has always been excellent. On entering the server totally ignored us and appeared as if she didn't want to be there. The menu has changed totally with little to offer and very expensive. The menu bears no resemblance to the menu displayed on the main door of Victoria Mill. When we had finished I went to the bathroom and my husband was still seated in the cafe and heard a man in the kitchen area suggesting that we had left without paying. My husband went to the counter to pay and made it clear, so that the man heard, NO we had not left without paying!!We will not be returning and everyone should avoid at all costs as it appears to have changed hands.Ultimately Victoria Mill will lose business as we went there to have a bacon butty and a cup of tea, and not be treated in this awful way.Well what can I say You came in after a busy service as the waitress was clearing tables and just sat down She finished the job in hand and came to take your order which was tea for two at £3.50There was a full menu on the blackboards 15 sandwiches and toastier4 hot soups 2 meat stewsOatcakes Welsh rarebit PiesChipsJacketsHome made scones and cakes Sausage rolls etc...You wanted bacon sandwiches which werenât on the menu as it was 2pm and I had ran out at breakfast timeYou did not eat so why say terrible food?..I was cashing up and asked the waitress if you had paid so I could finish the task no other reasonI take reviews on the chin and I get a verity but I will not take unjustified malice hurtful ones If we are that expensive then why in your review do you say you have been several times itâs been the same for four years?Everyone please read her other reviews and judge for yourself Glad youâre not coming back you are not welcome
