we starter with haloumi chips. Tasty and unusual. 2 of us had the angus beef skewers of steak with sauce dripping down into our chips. Meat very tender and sauce yummy. the burger was tasty and the 'bowl' very tasty and healthy. All offset with sticky date, creme brulee and churros. Food was all well served, big serves and very tasty

I took brunch at Tramshed on a busy winter Saturday morning. The main meal area is the cafe. The old Sydney tram outside is more for children playing and those just doing "take away". Tramshed is family friendly and there is a separate children's menu.Whilst the Sydney R class tram is not the style that operated to Narrebeen until 1939 when the line from Manly was closed, it's been lovingly restored by a group of local artisans. There are some "tramway" adornments inside the cafe and they add to the atmosphere without overdoing it.Tramshed is only a short walk from the main Narrabeen bus stop; itself the old tram shelter and a separate coffee outlet. A novel way to arrive or depart Tramshed is on the yellow B1 double decker bus that operates frequently between Wynyard and Mona Vale.

A very ordinary experience. The menu is lists each item with a long list of inclusions, but the main ingredient isn't always specified. There were three of us and the waitress heard me ask one of the diners if they'd like to share the sandwich with me. Apart from bringing it toasted, which I didn't order, they only bought the one plate. They ignored one of our group who was using a walking frame and was very old. no offer to help find a suitable table or park the walking frame somewhere. There are plenty of cafes in the area listed here on Trip Advisor who are far more professional and helpful.I heard them moaning to each other that business was slow that day. So why not take the opportunity to see if the diners need anything, be a bit friendly, that sort of thing. I wouldn't go back just because of their disrespectful, disinterested manner.

My friend and I had coffee while our other two friends walked part way round the lake. The coffee was good and the staff friendly as were the other customers who obviously frequented the cafe. People can bring their dogs in to the ground floor and everyone is willing to talk about their animals. We could watch ducks and other birds and also canoeists and the time flew by. It was a very pleasant visit.

Great food. Plenty for all tastes. wide menu, reasonable prices, lovely staff, pet friendly, all day breakfast and lunch, outside and inside tables, pet friendly, easy access, so relaxed and makes you feel like chilling out. If I lived close by I would be here all the time.
Every thing I've eaten here is delicious - whether it's eggs, muffins, savoury, sweet, smoothies, coffee whatever. The eggs in pockets are just out of this world. As are the decadent smoothies with cool names. Slight Southern American/Mexican twist to the menu but there's something for everyone. The owner is there whipping up the goods before your eyes and he'll have a chat and loves your feedback. I think other members of the family work here too. All staff are friendly and efficient. It's got a great vibe, cute décor and well worth every cent in my opinion!

We went for a catch up with family for lunch. The food selection was good. There wasnt a great selection of wine and pricing probably average for the area.. we all oredered different foods. I had the gnocchi, which was yummy. My husband had the lamb but was overdone and the veggies not cooked enough. The salad looked nice and the calamari was ok. Great location and service.

Corretto Dee Why is an all day drinking and dining destination, located on Sydneyâs Northern Beaches with waterfront views across Dee Why. The restaurant uses fresh, seasonal ingredients with a touch of European flare. Expect beautiful, delicious meals wi
The atmosphere is good, but thatâs the only plus.we Had a share plate to start which contained frozen friend polenta hash brown dried apricots olives Berlinâs and French bread- so disappointing My main was steak but it was so peppery I couldnât even taste it. Chips were goodAnd we waited ages for plates to be cleared and were never asked if we wanted coffee or desert so got fed up of waiting.Sorry guys at $33 a mason, this was really under averageHi Wendy,Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. We have sent you a private message to get a better insight on your experience and where we fell short. This was particularly disheartening for our hard working chefs who make the polenta scagliozza in house from scratch and take great pride in each dish that is sent out. In regard to the $33 mason was this in regard to a main meal or steak? Please reach out when possible so we can improve upon this experience and get you back in for a meal on us!

A modest exterior, nothing pretentious about this Cafe whatsoever, but boy the food tastes good! Absolutely first class service, quick, efficient, smiling and the owner (with skin in the game) is there every single service, checking, serving, advising, explaining and SMILING at customers. It's a surprise that this food is SO good from the humble tables, chairs and decoration of this establishment right across the road from the beach, but you simply can't go wrong with anything you choose. Plates are FULL and you will be too - don't fill up too much on starters if you intend to have a dessert, the mains will be more than adequate for any hungry tum. The menu doesn't appear to change very much and the specials, well, I don't know how much they change either, I'll ask next time, but be assured you will leave feeling glad you visited, whether in a group, alone or even by yourself. Courteous service and flavoursome and interesting food are always top of the menu!
