We showcase the freshest ingredients of the season, using local and organic produce wherever possible. We've team up with the Local farmers and coffee roasters to bring to the Hunter Valley the ultimate specialty coffee experience.
Great cafe in Cessnock high street. Immaculate in presentation, so clean we thought it was brand new , but it had been trading for three years. Amazing poached local eggs, great sandwiches, although the vinegar a bit strong on the accompanying pickled. Weâll definitely re visit when touring the wineries again. Well done owners and staff.

Having eaten here before but with a bit of an average experience we decided to try again. This time we were met with much more enthusiasm and even though they were busy the service was friendly and attentive. We both had salads with a cinnamon roasted pumpkin salad, and a beetroot and labna salad, both with a serve of chicken. Both meals were delicious and the chicken was moist and tasty. This visit the food lived up to our expectations and we will be back next time we come this way.

Perfect for a casual breakfast or lunch serving an amazing fresh range of local, Australian and International gourmet food. Picture yourself relaxing in a small cafe in Provence or Tuscany, we have created an ambiance to rival that. Itâs a place to relax
Popped in late arvo to pick up some small goods after tasting in nearby Harkham Wines. Were greeted politely by a waitress packing down the cafe, then were promptly ignored by 3 staff for over 10 mins. Another customer walked in and accosted a staff member and was served with no acknowledgement that we had been patiently waiting for service. We decided at that point that this business was not interested in our custom and left.Really poor customer service. This is the second time we have experienced disinterested customer service at Two Fat Blokes and we wont be back.

Despite living locally and hearing nothing but great things about Grinders Iâd never been, the rest of my family had on numerous occasions. Our drinks were served quickly and my banana smoothie was refreshing. I had orders the chicken and mushroom crepe with chips and salad, when it came out I thought the crepe was on the small size, but after eating it with the chips and salad it actually was quite filling and the mornay inside was absolutely delicious. My partner had the tradie burger and found it quite tasty. I will return.

It was nice but all we wanted was a light lunch because we had a function to attend for dinner. Our only option was a toasted brioche, and at $16, plus a glass of wine $12, it turned out to be a more expensive snack than anticipated.Service was efficient and it was pleasant sitting by the dam with a fountain but beware - it is magpie swooping season, and they have swooping magpies there.

Cafe Manuela is delivering a touch of class bringing together the perfect combination of high quality food at an affordable price, run by a team with extensive knowledge of the hunter valley food scene, with a menu for all palettes and a local boutique wi
Visited Cafe Manuela for Sunday lunch. Warm friendly greeting and atmosphere. We both ordered the crispy skin salmon. When the meals arrived there was no crispy skin, actually there was no skin at all. We bought this to the attention of the wait staff and advised we ordered the dish for the crispy skin. We asked the staff member to speak to the chef. When paying the bill we asked what the chefâs response was, we were told he asked were we cranky. Is it so hard for a chef to cook to the menu. Iâm sure if the owner knew they would also be cranky.

Quiet wet midweek, and there aren't a lot of people in the place. Efficient service, good coffee, perhaps not the best Portuguese Egg Tart I've ever had (pastry pretty chewy from refrigeration) and a nice ambience.

Enzo warmly welcomes you to our charming sandstone restaurant. . . As the story goes, 'enzo' have been established since 1996, yes one of the original cafes in wine country pokolbin! When there were dirt roads 'n stuff! We are historically known for our a
Nice atmosphere, a lot of staff but waiting time for food was rediculous. I went there for breakfast with my partner and child. We waited for over 45 minutes for our breakfast and the restaurant wasn't even full. It really ruined our experience at cafe enzo and food was slightly above average not worth the wait
