Sam's serves good old-fashioned country breakfasts, and LOTS of it! Prices are good. Come hungry! I especially love the corned beef hash...Seating is limited, which is the only down-side. If you come during busy times, expect to wait for a table.

Great spot in Modesto for breakfast. Open space, not crowded, centre 'island' with stools around, plus other dining rooms. Definetely a spot the locals like to frequent - many regulars. Food comes quick and hot! Staff friendly and attentive. Only had breakfast there so far, but game to try other items on their menu.

I've been coming to Deva's for years before I discovered their wonderful breakfast/brunch Faire on the weekends. Am now totally hooked. Food is delicious, atmosphere fun and just has that cool downtown vibe.
