Muito bom, apesar da apresentação não ser de restaurante (sala ampla com mesas e cadeiras, só) a comida é divinal, aquele sabor como a minha mãe fazia, tradicional e irresistÃvel, a repetir definitivamente.

I thoroughly recommend this little café/ restaurant, it has freshly prepared meals all cooked on the premises by one of the two friendly proprietors and whether you opt for a snack or a hot meal, the food is delicious and imaginative. I have been there on numerous occasions and never been disappointed. They also have vegetarian option too. Itâs a small place and although it hasnât been open long, word has got around that the food is good, so phone and book a table to avoid disappointment. As it is a concept café, there is also an interesting selection of items available to purchase which is fun, and gives you something to do while you wait for your food to be brought to your table.

Great homemade ice cream. Excellent flavor choices. Salted caramel is awesome. Bubble gum was so flavorful. Across from the park and a great stop.

Cozy space with an excellent view over the emblematic Praça da Fruta. Ideal for breakfast, brunch and snacks. Vegan and vegetarian options.
It´s a nice place, but we´re expecting more commitment with earth and ecological sustainability. It´s a good option for going out of traditional meals.Thank you so much for your visit! The main suppliers are from the fruit market, right next to our door, we recycle and abolish plastic straws, using only paper straws. More changes we will make in the future, but we think we are on the right track. We hope you come back soon! ;)

We sat at the tapas bar for lunch and were amazed at the selection and overwhelmed by the choices! The hard-working manager (owner?) offered both advice and tasting. We settled on the mussels in tangy tomato sauce which was excellent. You can't go wrong with any wine you choose - they are all wonderful!

In the centre of Caldas da Rainha you will find a nice coffee shop with fantastic pastry cakes. There some specialties like the "mil folhas" or the "sardinha". You can also have a light meal or a ice-cream. Next to the main square where you may experience a splendid fruit market. There is a art panel from Júlio Pomar, one of Portugal most knowed artists.

This is a new cafe located right across the road from the main Caldas da Rainha bus terminal. Lots of coffee concoctions and lots of tea varieties (bags) to choose from. They do mainly sandwiches, salads, burgers, ice creams, milk shakes, cakes etc . (sort of a local Starbucks), but much better in my opinion. We enjoyed the 'Bacon Lovers' burgers! The buns were cold every time we ordered -- maybe throw them on the grill for a few seconds to heat them up? The chicken nuggets were in the oil for a bit too long -- they were burnt and not great tasting. They have free WiFi and good connectivity. If you walk in and see that all the seats in the front room are full -- they have a couple of rooms at the back too with extra seating. Some of the staff do speak English and those that do are very eager to try out their English skills. Reasonably priced and well worth a visit!!
