Delightful location in picturesque bay with car park next door. With a tasteful interior with some vintage surfing memorabilia and charming staff.A good selection of cakes and home made food is on offer. Many dishes are served with a generous salad garnish, I particularly enjoyed the excellent home made Cornish Pasty. Given the location, food and service we felt that the Haven Cafe was excellent value. No toilets are available in the cafe, but free public conveniences are on the other side of the car park.

After reading other reviews and noticing that they use locally sorced produce we decided to try out the breakfast in the cafe while staying in the area. We where greeted by very helpful staff who helped us with our order. Our breakfast arrived very promptly and the taste of the food was excellent. We'll certainly look forward to paying another visit the next time we're back in Cornwall .

Here at Hilltop we have a Farm Shop & Restaurant set in a garden area with pretty views of the Cornish Countryside. Parking, toilet facilities, disabled access, Wi-fi and an undercover outside seating area to make your visit even more relaxing.
We always go to Hilltop for lunch when we holiday in Cornwall each year. They used to be very welcoming to dogs and the menu was excellent. This time we were told that dogs aren't welcome anymore and told we could sit at a wooden picnic table in a marque outside (its basically in the car park!). We declined. If you're looking for a lovely dog friendly cafe then I can recommend "Four Seasons Cafe" in nearby Camelford who welcome dogs (the foods great too!)You obviously donât come to hilltop every year as we havenât allowed dogs inside for nearly 3 years. We have a open kitchen here at Hilltop and for that reason we cannot allow dogs inside. We have however got an extremely nice outside seating area on a raised deck that has a very nice marquee out of the wind and rain. You cannot comment on our menu or food as you never stayed long enough to look at it or try it.We have a very regular clientele that come to hilltop with their dogs and sit and eat quite happily and even buy our doggy ice creams for their pooches to enjoy.Iâm guessing you are the couple that stood in the middle of my shop and argued with my daughter about coming in with your dog, quite frankly customers like yourself we do not need at our friendly establishment anyway.

Wow. Absolutely amazing place. We ordered a cream tea and a savoury scone tea. Stunning. This is what I came to Cornwall for the weekend for. What a gorgeous place Tintagel is and this tea room is lovely. Great service too from a lovely welcoming lady. The toilets were the cleanest Iâve ever seen. Would highly recommend.

Not very big, so can get quite busy, but the food is lovely and the staff are delightful. The crab sandwich seemed pricey, but was absolutely delicious and worth every penny.

Hi from sunny Cornwall! We source as much of the food & drink locally as possible and we cook simple but well prepared food. Local fresh fish,home-made pizzas, burgers and daily specials. We also have fresh cakes, Cornish cheeses, meats and Cornish smoked
We live live locally and have tried every eatery in the area. How we had missed this one until today I don't know - because, what a find! The food is absolutely delicious, fresh and home made, and the staff are all absolutely charming. I had a really interesting salad with huge, juicy, crevettes and turmeric bread. I honestly can't remember the last time we had such a delicious lunch, in such a nice atmosphere, with such warm and friendly service but it won't be the last time, because we'll be regulars!

Stopped here during our walk to Tintagel for a much needed lunch. Really nice staff and a lovely little setting outside. Food was excellent; had the fish finger sandwich with the biggest fish fingers Iâve ever seen and the cream teas are second to none! Thankyou Bridge house!

We loved this pretty little tearoom, and visited twice while staying in Boscastle. It is beautifully positioned near the harbour mouth, next to the Youth Hostel - which makes it a great place to sit outside with lunch and do a spot of people-watching. This position also made it sadly vulnerable in the flood of 2004, when it was destroyed by the huge rush of water. The rebuilding has been flawless, though, keeping the building exactly as it was, complete with the charming dipped roofline.Food and service are good, we had quiche and a ploughman's lunch, and on another day a pasty. All enjoyed by us. Highly recommended.

We booked a table for Sunday lunch and it was delicious. We had both meat eaters and vegetarians in the party and both were well catered for. The nut roast was the best we've tasted, and the desserts were far too tempting! Definitely book because it is popular. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the views gorgeous. If the weather is good there are beautiful walks straight from the farm shop. Highly recommend.Good afternoonThank you for your wonderful review, we really appreciate hearing customers views. I will pass your compliments to the staff.I hope we will see you again.
