We came across this little cafe during a rain storm. It looked like any other greasy spoon from the outside but did the most amazing Thai food. The lady serving/cooking said she was Thai so obvious knew what she was doing. The selection is quite small, about 3 starters and 5 main courses but was plenty enough to choose from as we could anything with King Prawn ,chicken or vegetarianDear Thai Foodie, Thanks for your kind words. We will be adding additional items to the Thai menu soon but if there is anything you would like to see included please let us know. We can make the food as spicy or mild as you like.

What a lovely experience today at the village cafe. The breakfast was cooked to perfection with the eggs done exactly right. The staff were friendly and service was excellent. A lovely place to eat - extensive menu for all tastes.

Where else are you going to find avocado on the menu for breakfast AND all of the great standards to too! Great food, nice people!! You can actually have something different at this place, and I love that!! Keep adding those menu items, folks! We love it! Oh, did I mention itâs RIGHT ONNN the beach? That view!!! We were heading back from a day out when I stopped a bike in the window of a cafe, Told hubby who turned the car around and we went in. The place really is a treasure trove of history. We ordered cake and milk shakes, both were excellent, in fact we took a piece of cake back for later. We returned later in the week for a meal, dessert and more milkshake, which was equally as good. Lovely place, friendly staff, clean and interesting (even the loo).Thank you for your lovely review. We hope to welcome you again soon!

Since discovering this caffe, it has become a firm favourite of ours! A group of friends meet up for breakfast on a Thursday and we have never been disappointed. Delicious, especially the breakfast bubble with home made red onion chutney - omg! Lovely lovely staff, and unbelievable value for money. See you Thursday!!!

Often walked past and kept in mind, eventually met up with a friend for lunch and wasn't disappointed. Tables are well spaced so feel private, service was quick without being intrusive, food was great, generous portions and nicely cooked. Competitive prices. Lovely quiet atmosphere to catch up for a chat. Manager very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend and will return.

Weâre regular visitors to Bexhill but have never visited Alfredo & Sueâs before but as we walked past, the lunchtime tapas menu caught my eye and we ventured in. The place is clean, welcoming, pretty spacious for a small establishment. The waiter greeted us courteously and quickly brought us menus. Service was friendly, efficient and speedy. My 3 tapas dishes were an absolute delight! Filling, tasty, well presented, hot! The Spanish tortilla was moist, delicious and a good portion. The potato and celeriac soup was incredible! So good that I was tempted to ask for the recipe. The chicken, chorizo, mushroom and beans were just spicy enough and generously sized. With a pot of tea and a bone china cup, I could hardly believe I was in a small Bexhill cafe and not in some posh restaurant in an expensive city centre. My wife was equally pleased with her menu choices. The bill came to £27 with 2 puds - a bread and butter pudding with custard and a cream cake with ice cream. What an absolute find! Weâll definitely revisit them next time. To sum it all up? Just one word - BRILLIANT

Our friends came down at the weekend and wanted to come to blueberries again. They love the quality of the food, itâs so clean and service is exceptional.Well all had something different and it was served hot and to our requirements. The owner has a lovely manner, good sense of humour and itâs just felt nice.
