We were staying nearby for a week and on the first night we popped in here with no booking, hoping there was a free table. There was. And after that first wonderful meal, we returned another three times! Each meal was marvellous, beautifully cooked and presented. And always served with a smile. The staff we met over the four nights were all lovely - Paul, Anna, Rich and Connor, thank you for making our meals so enjoyable. Two main courses stood out, the seafood linguine and the incredible lemon sole that was the size of a dinner plate. Happy memories of super meals. Canât wait to return.

We went for breakfast as a family and were treated so well, a very warm welcome and excellent service throughout our stay. The food was excellent and very good value. We would definitely come back again, hopefully on a sunny day to make the best of the fabulous views. Dogs will love their doggy menu too!Great to hear that you enjoyed your visit to Blueberrys, shame that the weather wasn't the best. Hope that you do get to come back on a sunny day and enjoy the stunning views. Many thanks for your review.

We are a local business, set in the most picturesque of locations. Serving scrumptious cakes, light lunches, teas coffees, and of course, the quintessentially British afternoon tea. With a warm, welcoming, family atmosphere, we are also the perfect venue
This is a lovely place to visit, whether for lunch or just a cup of tea. Knowing the place from when I was a child and my grandfather owned it and farmed there, it always brings back many memories. I enjoy taking my grandchildren and explaining to them that the tearoom used to be the cowshed.Always a good place to visit

This is a great spot with amazing quiche!! Also lovely fresh crab salad. We were full but could not resist a piece of banofee pie which was amazing. Recommended for Lunch !!
WORST RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!Went there for the first time, ordered 2 Flat White Coffees and 1 Mushroom Toastie. The restaurant takes your money when ordering and then you sit down.We waited over 25 minutes and received nothingI over heard the lady behind the counter say to a young lady she does not know what she is doing (I CAN AGREE WITH HER) when I noticed that another couple who came about 10 minutes after us and also waited quite sometime for their drinksGot their drinks before us (Enough was Enough)! So we went up to the counter and asked for a refund. The young girl was only going to refund us for the coffees she forgot about the Mushroom toastie, I had to mention it.They should not be allowed to run a restaurant No one knows what they are doing !I have never seen in all my life such a clueless establishment. We will NEVER go there again.I am disgusted, wasted just under half an hour of our time.WARNING I suggest you only go to this RESTAURANT if you have plenty of spare time on Your hands. They could have put this right by apologising then making our drinks straightaway and then bring the Toastie I ordered and then said this is on them for their total incompetence.Â

Finally got to try the Lane End Deli, I regularly walk by and it often looks busy but on a Tuesday morning when we dropped in we had the place to ourselves. We ordered cappuccino and americano with cream for drinks and tried a brioche scone.I have to say that everything was absolutely delicious, locally made jam and butter with a perfect warm scone, topped off by friendly service, what more could you want? There is a nice atmosphere, no annoying music or other distractions, the food prices seem reasonable and you can buy local chutneys and jams etc from the deli counter. We enjoyed ourselves, itâs dog friendly too so you have the perfect refreshment spot after a walk on the beach. We look forward to returning and trying some of the savoury items.

What a great place. Delicious, freshly made vegetarian savouries and fabulous home made cakes, featuring local ingredients and produce from the delightful shop downstairs. We only meant to stop for a cup of tea but ended up seduced by the food we saw and worked our way through delicious carrot fritters, a brie open toasted sandwich and several kinds of cake. It was just lovely to overhear the staff talking to one another about their baking with real passion and enthusiasm.

Our delightful family run water front business based in Bembridge on The Isle Of Wight has now been established for 20 years. We specialise in the freshest finest Crabs and Lobsters, which are caught locally and only the very best are selected for sale. W
Sir needed crab and where better to buy it than the 'best dressed crab'. He took the dressed crab salad and loved it.Not being fond of sea food myself, I was a little restricted and had a cheese baguette with fries - it was lovely.I recommend booking as most tables were reserved when we arrived. We parked in the layby opposite, but NT members can park for free at St Helens, Dulver and sharpen their appetite with a 20 minute walk. Most other customers were locals enjoying a brunch style meal complete with wine / bubbly. If you pop in the shop you will get a whistlestop introduction to the business - well worth five minutes to understand a little more about the fishing industry.

Traditional beach café serving all day breakfast plus a range of hot and cold meals and snacks. Freshly ground coffee. Open daily 9am to 5pm throughout the holiday season (March to October), with extended hours in high summer. Please note that the cafe is
It attracts customers because there's no competition. It's OK for a coffee , tea or a snack, but there are no toilets and lots of wasps...... If you fancy a loooo-ong chat with the owner then this is the place for you.Thank you for your review. No competition? I think youâll find that our nearest neighbour, just 100 yards or so away, is also a café.My husband remembers talking to you, in response to your questions. I am sorry if you thought his answers long-winded but, for some reason, he feels obliged to explain to people who have managed to miss a total of 7 signs in and around the building warning about the lack of toilets, why this is. For the benefit of others reading this, the signs are not a joke, THERE ARE DEFINITELY NO TOILETS!!! The land owner is unable to install them due to the instability of the cliff. Iâm sure the Environment Agency would be none too pleased if a landslip caused a break in the sewer which contaminated the beach and affected the quality of the bathing water. As for the wasps, we have done everything we can to deter them, but still they continue to do what wasps do. I can assure you that they are just as annoying to us as they are to everyone else. Possibly more so!
