Busy cafe by day, relaxed restaurant with different atmosphere and menu by night. Remember eating wonderful Mediterranean food on holiday? That's the impression I had when eating their Tagliata. There is nowhere else in the town that produces steak like this. A wide variety of flavours, with mushrooms, salad, bernaise sauce and fries. A very satisfying meal for £19, beautifully presented.

Came here as we saw the reviews were good - I wasnt disappointed. The portion sizes were great (I had the tuna melt scone) and the cakes were good too. Accomodated us for lunch early as well as we came at 11:30 and normally lunch service doesnt start till 12. Very nice of them!

Just happened to be passing and stopped to look in the farm shop, then discovered the tea room. What a hidden gem. The food was absolutely amazing, you could really taste the freshness of the products. Extremely generous portions. As well as enjoying our own lunches, everything that passed us looked equally delicious. We had crab and avocado sandwich and the country board. Tasted wonderful. Wish we had room left for cake as they looked amazing. Friendly and efficient service. Extensive menu choice. Outside seating available. Highly recommend.

Modern British brasserie in the heart of Lymington serving fresh, local food. Breakfast, brunch and lunch with evening and weekend events.
We went on a Thursday night for a quick meal with friends. The restaurant was surprisingly busy but service was prompt. Menu choices were a little limited but there were a few specials too. Everything we had was nicely cooked and well presented. The vegetarian sharing platter (a starter) was excellent, as was the bread.Wines were reasonably priced too.Worth knowing - tips are preferred in cash as the staff donât receive them if added to a credit card.

We visited this busy cafe on May Day monday. We had the half a roast chicken and chips, the chicken was lovely and moist, not dried out like some places and there were loads of chips with the meal. Also had the all day breakfast at £5 which came with two sausages, 2 eggs, 2 bacon, beans and toast, this also tasted goof, only criticism was that they could have used better quality sausages. We followed this with some homemade Dorset apple cake and custard - delicious. Will definitely return if we are in the area.

Small wine bar in the heart of the New Forest serving beautiful platters of artisan and local cheese & charcuterie. Open throughout the day serving coffee and home bakes also. Open til late.
I can't think where to start. I absolutely loved this place, very relaxing, with stunning (but simple) food a great selection of wine and beer and by far the best coffee i've found in Hampshire. If you want a change from the pastel tearooms that cover the area then this will not dissapoint. We drifted in here every chance that we got.Hi George EThank you so much for the fab feedback. It was great to meet you and "best coffee I've found in Hampshire" is high praise indeed. Thanks so much. All the bestRalph & Maisy

Got 2 baguettes to takeaway yesterday and was very disappointed. The baguettes were not soft,as though they were not fresh today. At almost £10 for 2 baguettes I would have saved about £4 and had a much nicer sandwich had I gone to Tesco across the road.Cafe had been recommended to me so very disappointing and whilst possibly a one off I personally wouldnât rush back for a baguette. On the plus side the staff were friendly.Thank you for taken your time to let us know about your recent experience. I am disappointed to hear you did not enjoy your baguettes, and i'd really appreciate the opportunity to show you that this is not our standard of food. Please feel free to pop In and enjoy two Fresh Baguettes at a discounted price. Thank you Jodie.

Based centrally in the museum grounds itâs a good self serve cafe/ restaurant that serves homemade cakes scones etc, you can get hot food, tea coffee and prices are reasonable, in summer there is also an area to sit outside, itâs larger than you can see and has toilets on lower area, when we visited they had a lovely poster display of different scenes and subjects.Good place to stop and recharge your batteries on your journey around Beaulieu.Thank you EAN44 for your post, great to learn you enjoyed your time with us and we look forward in welcoming you back to us again in the near future. One of the best eggs benedict I've had in here, and the breakfasts choice is brilliant. Looking at my friends breakfast it looked lovely. The pricing is excellent value for money too.Staffed by volunteers from the church, the menu and coffees are varied and cooked to order. It takes time when busy, but is well worth the wait. Highly recommended

We came across Steffâs kitchen when searching online for somewhere to get breakfast in Beaulieu before heading to the motor museum. The reviews looked great so we headed there for opening at 9am. You could tell it was a popular destination as the car park was already quite busy. We were seated straight away and both ordered a Beaulieu Breakfast (full English) which arrives promptly despite being quite busy and was delicious. If we hadnât of been so full we were contemplating returning later that day for lunch as the menu looked so good. As it is based at a garden centre there is also a lovely shop to explore too. Weâll definitely be back next time we are in the area.
