The terrace is a very relaxed and cozy place to eat, surrounded by a chilling music. We ordered a tuna tartare and a very delicious spring roll, then pasta with squid and Brussels sprout sauce (1st picture) and a Cordon Bleu! The food was delicious. The service is nice and friendly.A unique atmosphere!

Walked into the Bar La Plaza in Bayahibe to take a look around. Quaint little space with seating and food. Restaurant food was just minimal in nature. As we walked out; we went back in to get a bag of plantain chips to snack on. The cashier charged us 50 pesos for the bag which clearly had 25 pesos written on it. A young person who apparently owns the place was there playing video games. Seems that was more important than us. We brought the issue to him since the employee couldn’t address it and he advised the price on the bag is what he pays for it and that is not the price. I’m sure he does not pay 25 pesos as he is buying bulk at a cheaper price to offset the price on the bag. Every where else I’ve gone to; the price on the bag is the price. Not happy with his attitude and public relations. Do not recommend this establishment to be patronized.
