We drive by daily on our way to work and school, and have had take out but never actually gone inside. This particular day, I took the chance of actually parking and stopping inside with my preschooler. The owners greet you and are genuinely friendly, accommodating and helpful with menu suggestions. Iâd suggest calling first as they offer daily specials. The owner was a pleasant man who clearly is a dedicated dad, as he answered my curious sonâs twenty questions with the patience of a saint!Sandwiches are amazing, salads are fresh and nicely portioned. The coffee is now my most favorite!!!I will only say, which is ABSOLUTELY OUT OF THEIR CONTROL... on street parking is dangerous. The high volume of racing traffic and huge trucks that clearly are in the wrong place by faulty GPS can literally run you over. Iâd risk it again by myself but by no means with my children in tow.One last note, they do catering and itâs impressive as Iâve been at functions where theyâve prepared the lunch.Thank you for taking the time to write a review! We appreciate your feedback and look forward to seeing you again soon.

This small neighborhood place is worth visiting with a friend or two. Seating and kitchen are squeezed into a living room size space. Love the patterned metal ceiling! The breakfast menu is also small and interesting. I had a mac and cheese skillet (with bacon, sausage, potato bottom and egg on top). Next time I'll try the shrimp and grits crepe, my second choice. My companions had more standard breakfast fare. The pork and red pepper omelet was delicious. All choices under $10. Fast, friendly service. Our trips to Lehigh will definitely include return visits to the People's Kitchen!

My wife, adult daughter and I had breakfast with two friends here on a Friday morning at 9 in late July. We ordered coffee, three kinds of eggs Benedict, juice and another entree. Service was prompt and attentive and our coffee cups stayed well filled. We enjoyed our meal, and the bill with 20% tip came to $85 which seems fine for feeding 5 of us a sizable breakfast. Ambiance here is not fancy, so it gets a 4. Food was tasty, so it gets a 4. Location is good, right on Broad off New Street, so location gets a 5, and value gets a 4, while service gets a 5. That works out to an overall 4. This was our second time eating at Billyâs and we likely will do so again next time we are in Bethlehem.Hello PhilosophicalOldGuy, I appreciate the in depth review. It helps us see where we can improve and to see what we are doing right. We'll definitely work on making sure the ambiance is set right, as well as keep making sure our food is up to the standards that we have become known for. I hope next time you come visit we will have earned all 5s! Thanks again, and see you soon
