Natural Food made from scratch, included daily Artisan Bread. They make their own Ham, smoked Bacon, their own Cheese etc. No soft drinks only fresh juices. Every week there are new Specials on the menu, fresh from the Markets. All the dishes are based on
Amazing food and splendid service. The best salads around too! They also have fresh bread and a lovely selection of organic or local ingredients for your pantry. The owner is a very welcoming Dutch chef who works closely with his wife in the kitchen. The place will be even more fun to go to after the new Ayala mall opens sometime in 2018 since this resto is just across the mall.

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Bascon, a true Bacolod institution which my friends have been raving about and it didn't disappoint. Had their allo oglio pasta as well as the bangus and their other specialties like the chicken relleno which my family enjoyed. Although the place in itself looks tired and in dire need of an update, we surely had a great time still. Highly recommended. We were stuffed to the brim.so we didn't have any space for their desserts but there's always a next time!
The food here is the funnest in Bacolod. Because their menu changes everyday, until it repeats two weeks later, I always look forward to eating here. It's an interesting restaurant concept that should be replicated - the first of its kind I've experienced. The menu was initially designed by a German freelance chef, but she got the Filipino dishes right. I haven't tasted a better Lutik than their Monday Lutik. Their assortment of cakes are also super interesting and experimental, especially the Santol Crumble which I waited for for nearly half a year for the Santol fruit to be in season.Very affordable and usually visited by highschool and college students. It's probably also attractive because of their simple al fresco atmosphere. You have the farm at the Consuelo entrance side, as well as the aquaponics system, so you can trust the food is natural and fresh. Ah! They also sell their vegetables, and they have the best Arugula in the world! - fresh and fat from the farm. The service though can sometimes be slow and disorganized. I think it's mainly because it's harder to communicate accurately when the cafe is run by the deaf and hard-of-hearing. But I'm sure they're working on it to be better. I still love it :)
Bacolod is a haven for foodies. The local palate has a distinct taste that makes it possible for local food and beverage business to thrive against foreign franchises. Jaimie's is a testament to this. The foodThe fried chicken wings is a great alternative to the usual sauced buffalo wings found in almost all restaurants in the city. The sauce is served separately, with a choice to make it more spicy. What separates it from most is the juicy chicken meat underneath the breaded layer. The pizza is also good, but since there are no really great pizza places in Bacolod, that is an easy judgment. It is more cheddar-cheesy and sweet than the usual Italian pizza, with generous toppings over a crispy thin crust. What I love about it is that it is less salty and greasy than most pizzas in the city. Perhaps the standout dishes are the back ribs and lengua. The sauce and aroma may be usual, but for dishes like these, it is the tenderness of the meat that separates the good from the not-so-good. For the back ribs and lengua, the meat almost melts in the mouth. I have had better meat but that was in the US, but for Bacolod, this is so far one of the best, better than Bar 21 or Bob's.LocaleIt is a small place tucked in a relatively laid back neighborhood. It is easy to find but parking is limited. The main hall is well air-conditioned and there is enough comfortable sitting. There is also a small conference area good for around 12 people for 1,000 PhP consumable for 3 hours. But my favorite place is the beer garden at the back. In Bacolod, it is hard to find an alfresco dining at 1:00 PM with comfortable conditions. 1:00 PM is a very hot time of the day, and there are really very few outdoor places you can go. What I love about Jaimie's is that the heat is bearable even at this time of the day, which makes it possible for people to eat, drink, smoke, and chat.ClienteleI see mostly families and young professionals in the air-conditioned parts of the restaurant. Sometimes, there are pesky students loitering in the garden, but not as often as everywhere else.
