It's a convenience store with a deli-type area in back that offers delicious local dishes. My favorite was the lau lau, which had a meat mixture steamed within edible leaves of something like spinach (think it was taro leaves). Awesome! They also offer the best kalua pork I've ever had. Both served with a very good mac salad as well as a side of lomi lomi (which I found to be like salsa but with little chunks of salmon rather than tomato). They also served the best poke we had in our 11 days on the island. Much better than Pono Market down the road in Kapaa. As a convenience store, it had a vast variety of beverages. At the checkout register, they also have some other local items, and we tried a Chinese-type steamed bun with some delectable stuffing. Very friendly service, easy parking in their lot, and they share tables with the burger place if you want to eat right there. Designed for takeout, though.

We tried to have lunch here three times and were shut down the first two BUT hey, third times a charm right. Super cute little walk up place. Yes there is seating outside with umbrellas. The plates are very large so take that into consideration when ordering. There are also vegetarian options as well. The food was good and the service was also good. Worth a try.

Came for breakfast and was wowed by the choices available! Different kinds of smoothies and smoothie bowls, pancakes, waffles, bagels, eggs done in all ways, sandwiches, burgers, etc. Great portions too! Outside seating at the back was great too. Definitely recommend!

This health food store is chock-a-block full of beautiful local organic produce, sustainable and earth-friendly products and yummy specialties at their deli. The friendly "blonde" helped to make our selections stress-free and fun. We ordered a large salad (priced by the weight), side of fresh blackened fish, soup and fresh ahi fish tacos. That was plenty for the three of us and there were seats right outside the store. The salad selections were plentiful, excellent and unusual. Very colorful, healthy and tasty! We could've spent hours checking out their fun products. Great place to buy your Kauai mementos and gifts as many items are locally sourced and produced. We highly recommend stopping by for healthy meals and fun shopping experience while supporting local businesses!
