If you visit the Alajuela Museum you can find a small cafeteria called ¨Los puntalitos de Manuela¨ The coffee and the pastry are really good. The ambiance and atmosphere inside the museum is very nice. You can sit and have an interesting conversation with the owner Laura she will explain everything about the museum and many tales.

We came here for lunch with co workers. They had a special rice and beans traditional plate for lunch. The service was good and the special rice and beans was amazing and large portions. We wish we could eat all of it, because it was so good.

You know a place is bad when the locals are complaining. Our family is Tico and we decided to try this place for brunch. Bad decision. No welcome. No smiles. No talking. Nothing. The Tico family next to us complained as well. Food was edible. Would not return.

I had the dolce leche pancakes. With a Pilsen. I know not the best choice but Uhhhhh!! Sooooo sooo so good. I wanted more but my girlfriend said no! Our server was a lot of fun, knew the menu inside and out, nhad some great suggestions and they nailed the sandwich my girlfriend wouldn't share with me. Chicken, avocado and goats cheese? No idea but it smelled and looked almost as amazing as my pancakes at 1 pm...with an ice cold beer. I'm an adult, I'll order what I want. Very nice little place for a relaxed bite to eat in the sun on the patio or in the comfy restaurant.

We are and Italian-European coffee/bar. You can have light meal with ingredients of the highest quality. we specialize in a wide selection of panini (sandwhiches), Antipasti, Soups, Salads, Desserts (made ââentirely in-house),and we also serve breakfast.
I ate here for lunch. We ordered drinks, sandwiches, and dessert. The meal was tasty, but it was more expensive than it should have been. The sandwiches are not very filling and they come with nothing but the sandwich. For three of us, we spent nearly $75. That's way more than a lunch like this should cost.
